The front desk employees are fantastic and are very polite and efficient. The majority of therapists are knowledgeable and cordial. They did hire two new therapist in the fall that had recently passed their boards. The one was ok, but lacked the experience the seasoned therapist have, which I understand. Then I was assigned to the other one. I had never worked with her before, and she didn't know anything about my case except for what she saw in my notes. She spoke to me in the most unprofessional manner, often putting words in my mouth. She said I was done, and said I had graduated even though I had more scheduled appointments. I kept telling her I wasn't ready, but she pretty much dismissed me. I have another back procedure being done in a few days and the doctor wants me to continue PT, but I won't go back there.

All individuals there provided exceptional service far beyond my expectations. With that said, it is my great pleasure to speak very highly of its greeter and appointment scheduler Brooke M, the Physical Therapist Assistant Anne Slingwine and Dr. Jeremy Beasley Doctor of Physical Therapy. All parties right from the very beginning and throughout all sessions in a very congenial manner demonstrated patience, thoughtfulness and a caring manner to listen and then offer solutions as problem solvers. Always courteous, caring, knowledgeable as well as representing in the highest light and regard their FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center Office. The customer/patient service of all individuals was impeccable, standards of which I live by at my young 81 years of life's experience. All conducted themselves as ultimate professionals, by which customer/patients can depend upon to receive solutions whenever customers/patients call in on the phone or at a scheduled physical therapy session. The mentioned individuals efforts as well as their solutions were very much appreciated by this customer/patient. Mind you I do not generally get the opportunity to feel comfortable praising anything or anyone the way I am in this particular instance. All mentioned individuals are a FIVE STAR choice for all who need honest and reliable go to persons. To all reading this communication, you can be proud of these individuals for their experience and expertise will inevitably guarantee customer/patient satisfaction all of the time. My message to YOU ALL is THANK YOU and keep up the good work and again thank you for today's excellent service!

I had several therapy sessions at CORA Ft Myers, October 2020 through mid November 2020. They insisted I pay upfront, which was ok at first. But CORA did not submit claims to my insurance, even though I asked about it, repeatedly. They insisted they submitted the claims and blamed the insurance company of not processing them. After a couple of visits I knew I had met my deductible, if you included the money I paid them. But since they were not submitting my claims it looked as if my deductible was not met so they continued to over charge me at each visit. I knew I had over paid CORA and when I continually asked the receptionist at FT Myers about the over payments she said it would be ok and a credit would be automatically issued. This was a lie. I called CORA billing several times in November and talked to a Lisa (or Isa, she would not clarify her name). She repeatedly told me that claims were sent to insurance, this was a lie. When I questioned how am I going to get a credit because I knew I had overpaid, she said she could not issue a credit until everything was processed through insurance, even though she had not submitted anything yet. My last session was November 19, 2020. Per my insurance company the only claim was received on December 12, 2020 for all visits. Insurance issued a check to CORA on December 19, 2020, that check was cashed on December 22, 2020. Late December and on January 11, 2021 I talked to CORA billing again; same woman. She stated they had not received payment from insurance and couldn't issue a credit. This too was a lie, because payment was received on December 19 and cashed on December 22, 2020. January 26, 2020 talked to CORA again. Once again they claimed payment was not received. So I called my insurance company, who called CORA and it's a miracle CORA suddenly said they had received payment. I called CORA back, again talked to the same woman, with several questions: 1. You received and cashed insurance payment on December 22, 2020. Why did you claim it wasn't received, even on January 11, 2012? Answer: there is a process and I didn't see payment. 2. When did you see payment? Answer: After January 11, 2021. 3. Then why did no one contact me or process my credit? Answer: We do not issue credit to patients until they contact us and request them. 4. So you steal peoples money and don't issue a credit until they complain? Answer: No 5. How do I get my money back that you have been sitting on since October and November? Answer: it will take 8 to 10 weeks to process a check or we can put it back on your credit card that will take 8 to 10 days. Supposedly they're giving me a credit to my credit card, which I feel very uncomfortable giving to such a unethical company. Overcharging customers intentionally and then not issuing voluntary credit should be illegal!!! How many people who don't watch their payments and insurance EOB's closely has CORA taken advantage of? How many people have overpaid and they kept their money??

Came here recommended by my naturopath because I never knew that my years of hand/ wrist pain was not normal but finally decided to get it checked it. I wasn't sure what to expect from Hand Therapy Therapist, so I was pleasantly surprised. Danielle is a kind, chill, experienced occupational hand therapist. She has an uncanny skill of finding out which of the small muscles in my hand or wrist muscles are causing me the pain. She then uses manual therapy to address the root issues. Danielle also gives unique exercises that target the hand muscles that I never seen or heard of. Now after two months, I feel 80% better already. I highly recommend her as she is experienced, skilled, knowledgeable, chill and friendly. (part of me is reluctant to write this review because I don't want to have difficulty booking my appointment as she is usually scheduled by one or two week out or two right now) but I hope to help others by writing this review. Btw if you have bad experience with front desk people, rest assured that you won't get that here. Her front desk manager, Sarah, is kind and professional. She works as best to accommodate your scheduling needs. They are responsible and I feel good with their professional care.

If I could give Naples Health and Rehab zero stars, I would. For the past five years, my mother has…read morebeen a patient here, and I can say without hesitation that it has been a complete nightmare. While there have been brief moments of hope--occasional improvements and a few staff members who genuinely tried--those moments are quickly erased by the overwhelming neglect, lack of compassion, and sheer incompetence that defines this facility. Over the years, ownership has changed hands multiple times, and each time, I've met with the new administrators to express my growing concerns. And each time, I've been met with empty promises and no meaningful action. Nothing changes. If anything, it continues to decline. On June 7th, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM, I walked into my mother's room to find her feeding tube machine blaring and flashing multiple error codes. No one was around. Not a single nurse or aide had responded. A male aide entered the room to check the other patient, who wasn't even there, and just before he walked out, he asked me if I needed help. I literally had to tell him that the feeding tube machine is malfunctioning and needs to be addressed. The head nurse came into the room, left, and didn't return for another 8-10 minutes. When she finally returned to fix the machine, I asked her if she knew how long the machine had been like this. She mumbled something under her mask and never even faced me. My mother, who has no mobility in her arms or legs, had also been lying there covered in her own urine and feces. Flies were buzzing around the room. It was like something out of a horror film. This isn't just unacceptable--it's inhumane. It's horrifying to think they aren't doing their job unless a family member raises concerns. Despite being completely bedridden, my requests to have her taken out of bed occasionally were ignored. When I insisted, I was told it's too difficult to move her, as if that justifies letting her sit for days in one position. As a result, she can develop bed sores, something that is completely preventable with proper care. She is always dehydrated. Every time I visit, I notice how dry her lips are, how low her fluid intake is, and how little urgency the staff shows about addressing it. I know she is on a feeding tube, but her oral fluid intake is nonexistent. Last month, my mother was discharged from the hospital and returned to Naples Health and Rehab, only to find that she had been kicked out of her room. No explanation, no preparation--just displaced. The family was never even notified, and when we visited her, we were told she had been moved to a different room. A dark, disgusting, and unsanitary room all the way in the back, down the hallway. As if she were a piece of furniture, not a human being. As if they were trying to hide her. Some specific points that anyone considering this facility needs to know: * The building is filthy. It smells like human waste. The walls, floors, and hallways are neglected. The presence of flies is a constant issue, which tells you everything you need to know about the sanitation here. * The staff is a mixed bag, at best. While a few seem to care, far too many are rude, dismissive, and incompetent. Some speak to family members with annoyance, as if doing their basic duties is a burden. * The food is horrible. (I know because my mother wasn't always on a feeding tube.) Naples Health and Rehab is not just mismanaged--it's dangerous. If you have a loved one who needs care, I urge you to look elsewhere. I wouldn't wish what we've gone through on anyone. No one deserves to be treated like this. They don't care about patients; they care about profits. The emotional toll this has taken on my family is immeasurable. I fear for my mother's health and well-being every single day. And I'm exhausted from fighting a system that seems designed to neglect the most vulnerable among us. My goal is to remove my mother from this facility. Your goal should be to never let your loved ones enter that place. Learn from our experience. Do not place your loved ones here.
