The office is very clean and the wait time from arrival to be seen has been minimal on all of our visits. I have consistently found the front office staff to be friendly and courteous. I am very happy to have found this office, as I want the best care for my mom. Just to note... At the current time, they are practicing social distancing at this location and require masks on all persons entering the office. They also have hand sanitizer available. The waiting area is large enough to accommodate 4 or 5 people to maintain social distancing.

What's most concerning is the complete lack of communication and urgency from this office. We have repeatedly called for updates, and no one returns calls unless we constantly follow up. There has been no proactive outreach from the doctor or staff at any point.My husband had an X-ray done, and we still have not received any guidance on results or next steps. Meanwhile, he is now out of medication and in significant pain, with no support from the provider managing his care. Due to this lack of responsiveness and concern, we are now forced to seek help at urgent care. This level of neglect is unacceptable. Patients deserve timely communication, proper follow-up, and a sense that their condition matters. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here.
