Honestly, the therapists at Fusion are pretty awesome. I've had sessions with Harold (only once for my first appointment), Cynthia and Bret so far and all 3 are friendly, patient and great people to talk to. They observe how you move, correct your posture if necessary, and will share a few tips for you to do some exercises at home, safely. Bonus with this location is they validate parking! My only complaint is there's barely anyone at reception. When I call them, most of the time, nobody picks up the phone. I've left a couple voicemails too in hopes that someone calls me back so I can schedule more appointments, but no luck. You just have to keep calling and hope someone picks up, or make sure to schedule your appointments ahead of time while you're there. read more

Came here with an appointment for my 88 year old mom. They didn't have our appointment on the schedule. They forgot. No one knows how or why. Next appointment availability is for March 12th or late in the afternoon today. They don't understand that a senior cannot just hang out for 5 or so hours or come back again later when they are in pain and can barely walk with a cane. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Our ballet studio recommended seeing Karen as my 9yo daughter was coming out of a broken ankle injury (from Gymnastics not ballet lol) along with Severs inflammation in both ankles. We could not have been more pleased! Everyone that worked with my daughter was very thorough, gave us plenty to work on, and I can happily say my daughter is now enjoying pre-pointe, and even returns to the exercises for strengthening and flexibility (we discovered that her hammy's are tight...which was causing a somewhat bent extension). The only "downside" is the parking lot is a bit tricky to navigate at times, and is small, so it can be nearly full. However, this is NOT a reason not to seek her as a practitioner that is levels above when it comes to her tender care, knowledge, and intuition. I have visited Fusion over the years for 2 different issues and the team there is phenomenal. They do a great job of assessing your issue and they spend the time with you to help you make progress. I have gone through several injuries and rehabbed them at Fusion, they are by far the best physical therapy provider I have gone to. They offer great one on one rehab and are wonderful about explaining what is going on and the overall rehab plan. The PT therapists are 5 stars, but the office management leaves much to be desired. At almost every appt., I had to wait (with parking time nearly up and not easy to stand) until someone at the desk could be bothered to schedule the next visit. Worse was trying to schedule or cancel by phone. Nobody ever answers and then it's very hard to follow up on voice mail a patient has left. It took me nearly two months to even set up my first visit because nobody ever returned my calls. Once I was actually an ongoing weekly patient for nearly two months, there was just one time when I had to cancel (within 24 hours) for an emergency by leaving a voice mail. The snooty receptionist then tried to claim that I hadn't done this the day before and read me the riot act about charging for loss on scheduling. It was actually the usual dereliction there regarding patient voice mails. Needless to say, I never resumed PT and went to another nearby PT center that was run much better. It's already a hassle for many patients to get to these appts. to begin with, so nobody needs these additional roadblocks. read more

Came here for my physical therapy after breaking my foot and I gave this place a 2x's try but I felt like I wasn't getting my therapy for my buck. It was basically hot and cold packs, little massage with ultrasound and than had to sit on a bike and paid my co-pay of $70 for what? Physical therapy should be working that foot so it gets strong not hot and cold packs plus bike which you can do at home. I love this place. I was really hesitant to go back to physical therapy for my knees because I hadn't really found much benefit in it before (about 4 years ago). But with PT being my only option to really ease my tendinosis pain, I went to Fusion on my doctor's orders and I've been so happy! Evan, Brett, Tracy, Dinusha, the whole team greets me like I'm family whenever I arrive. They know who I am and I can see that they take the same care with all of their clients. Evan has great massage technique and even from the first day, I could tell that my knees were in good hands. Now 2 months later, I can feel a huge difference in my knees. It's easier and almost pain free to stand up and sit down. I know the physical therapy is working (heat packs, stationary bike, massage, exercise, stretches) but I almost wish it wasn't so I could keep going to my appointments! The Fusion team knows how to have a good laugh and make their clients feel at home. I came in with a diagnosed frozen shoulder. Who knew that was a thing? Anyway, my arm did not go past a bent elbow. I couldn't even put my hair in a ponytail. Cheryl treated me and stretched my shoulder and provided me with exercises that I could do at the gym. At first everything hurt but 8 weeks later I was moving much better and rocked the ponytail easily. Now I'm almost back to 100%. The thing I noticed when walking in is no matter whose patient, everybody greeted whom ever came in and set them up with whatever they needed right away until the treating therapist was ready. I had therapy elsewhere that was cold and more like an assembly line. This is not that and you still get better. If I need them which I hope I won't, I'd definitely be back. read more

I feel so blessed for stumbling across Fusion Physical Therapy. It's location is ideal, parking is validated, they offer a wide variety of treatments and their patient care is the best. They have exercise equipments where they teach patients how to properly do certain stretches and exercises for optimal results. Although their website is very informative I also chose to follow up with a phone call for some more details. MAUREEN is as kind, sweet and patient over the phone as she is in person. She took her time to answer all my questions without rushing me and they were a lot. Every time someone walks through their doors they are immediately greeted by name and with a smile. CHERYL is one of their physical therapists and from my understanding the only acupuncturist there. Fusion PT was recommended by my podiatrist, Dr. Dawn Buratti, given an ongoing foot pain. Brett was able to confirm that it was pronation of the foot and came up with a comprehensive plan to alleviate the pain - from wearing the right shoes at home while WFH to new sneakers specifically meant to support my arch. He suggested several exercises combined with heat therapy and used the ultrasound machine. Cheryl also worked with me on loosening tendons. I was healed after 8 weeks. I credit Fusion PT. The space is clean and impeccable. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Christina even went the extra mile to call my health insurance and find out what my coverage would be - that was the first time someone actually volunteered to speak with my health insurance. I had a very difficult shoulder surgery and was in danger of everything freezing up on me and they took me through was was one of most thorough recoveries I could imagine. Hands on PT. Need I say more? This isn't group therapy for your injury. Brett is caring, professional and attentive. The various assistants are wonderful as well. I wish I had started earlier. I had a shoulder injury from working out. I had an MRI and consults with two orthopedic surgeons. I was given two cortisone shots over 10 months and it all helped about 70%. My doctor recommended physical therapy so I went to Fusion where my wife and one of our sons had been successfully treated. It was the best decision I could have made. The only regret I have is not doing it earlier. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I couldn't recommend Fusion enough. I begrudgingly started PT for a workout related lower back injury and I am a total PT convert. I'd had PT from other places before and had not found it to be worthwhile (even though I did my "homework"). Evan is my PT and I adore him! I have seen significant improvement since he has started working on my back. Evan and I discussed my jaded view on PT and why it had not worked for me in the past and then he put in place a PT plan in accordance with what I wanted from my PT. I now am sold on the value of PT for my injury and would not consider going anywhere else! However, I don't just highly recommend Fusion (to everyone I know on a regular basis) because of Evan. The whole team at Fusion is great! They are so friendly and helpful. There is just the right amount of light-hearted humor and they are always courteous and professional. Everyone knows everyone else's patients, which I enjoy, and are willing to help in any way they can. I love days when everyone is in the office, such a fun and friendly group of people. Advice to all new patients.... Please know, I patiently waited about 10 days for my first appointment (which I understand now, they're amazing professionals - of course there's a time lag for an appointment). Now I make my appointments well in advance and get whatever time I want. That being said my schedule is continually changing and they will always try to help me move around my appointments as best as they can without inconveniencing their other clients. It is quite a feat. Don't be put off if you can't get an appointment next day. Think of it as a good thing that Fusion are clearly good at what they do because they have a busy schedule. I love this place!!!! I have been to other physical therapy offices and this office by far is the best one at least in the valley if not in Los Angeles!!! They take really good care of you and make sure to address all of your concerns and needs!!! Brett & Evan are super awesome! I always feel more relieved and relaxed when I leave this office! Tracy is also amazing and she is super sweet and super helpful! Adele is my favorite and I don't mean the singer! She has been my buddy there and she has the most comforting spirit and when I go in to see her it is always a good time! Back on 12/9/18, I was severely injured when the front forks on my Giant, carbon road bike, failed resulting in a broken collar bone, several broken ribs and a severely bruised neck. After consulting my attorney Steven Goldberg, I was directed towards Fusion Physical Therapy for rehab of my injuries. I met with Evan, one of the PT's on staff on my first visit, and it was a great choice. Evan is extremely knowledgeable, especially with shoulder injuries and all the modalities and exercises to help treat and strengthen my injuries. There are several other PT's including Bret who are also very easy to deal with even when I was in severe pain. The entire staff is helpful, caring and well schooled on how to handle all types of injuries, mild to severe. I would go as far to say that this place is so great that it reminds me of "Cheers" and they always make me feel like Norm, when I arrive. Very friendly and just a great place to heal.
