In the sleepy little part of Scott Blvd and Space Park (that's actually the street name!) lies this dormant giant of a sign shop. My company is a small tech company in Silicon Valley with a large order that needed to be done in less than 9 days for a large Microsoft trade show. We're running with the big dogs at the show so we needed something of high quality and fast. I randomly came across this business and I will swear by them from here on out! I spoke with Michael and he was very helpful, communicative and professional. He always picked up the phone when I called and answered my questions in a timely fashion (meaning same day). Also, he answers all email inquiries very quickly. This guy means some serious business so that was already a plus in my book. I had an order of two 9ft x 3ft printed vinyl stand-up banner and four 10ft feather logo banners. - Initially, I only ordered 1 of the stand-up banner and added the second one a few days later. Michael called me to let me know that those particular banners sold out and that he'll have to get me something else. I was bummed but understood since I did let the guy know almost 3 days after the initial order was placed. It was not his fault, it was ours for adding onto the order so late. Get this: he calls me back 2 hours later and tells me he was able to work some stuff out with another customer and was able to get me two of the stand up banners like I wanted to order. Only one thought comes to my mind: TOP-NOTCH, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I picked up my order today thinking they were just going to be in boxes. Not even close, they were out and on display for my final approval when I arrived. This place is ridic! They spent the extra time to place everything out and assembled for me to see. Michael and his team member even took the time to show me how to assemble and disassemble my products properly so I wouldn't struggle when I get to the show. I'm not even done: they even packaged everything up in the original boxes so I can just take them to the store to ship them out right then and there. - As if it couldn't get any better, it does: their prices are very competitive and extremely reasonable. I possibly saved my company thousands of dollars just by doing my business with these folks and being able to pick it up in person with no additional cost was very convenient. In times when no one cares about customer service, it's rare to find such fantastic service. You will probably not find a better sign company in the area and if you do, they not going to serve you a hot plate of #1 customer satisfaction with a side of fast turnaround times! This was my first time placing an order on print materials and I forgot to mention many details concerning the type of paper I wanted (i.e. glossy, matte, regular uncoated paper, paper weight, etc.). I really appreciated Joel's patience and willingness to walk me through the process of figuring out what I needed while keeping overall costs in mind. In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work. The brochures turned out beautifully (perfect paper weight and type, glossy and vivid color photos and text).
