The woman assisting me and a tall older man with white hair behind the counter laughed and made dismissive comments such as, "Oh, come on! We're UPS, we know what we're doing!" We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work.
