Incident Report - 10/11/2025 (Approx. 2:30-2:45 PM) I came in with my father to send a simple letter. We waited in line for about 15-20 minutes before an employee named Daniel assisted us. There were three people behind us in line. My father was the one who needed to ship an item to my mother -- I was just there to accompany him. This was supposed to be a straightforward process: provide the sender and recipient addresses, pay for the envelope, and ship it out. However, Daniel's behavior immediately raised concerns. He asked for my personal information repeatedly -- at least five to seven times -- even though I had already answered him. Considering that only my father was shipping something, it made no sense for Daniel to keep asking me for details. His speech was slightly slurred, his eyes were red, and he appeared disoriented, which made me suspect he may have been under the influence of something. When I tried to clarify the situation and told him that he didn't need my information, he became agitated and started cutting me off every time I tried to speak. After I asked him not to speak to me disrespectfully, his tone became aggressive. His hands were shaking, and at one point he told me to "take it outside," which I found extremely unprofessional and threatening. When I calmly told him that it wasn't a good idea to do this, he responded, "Yeah, it's a really good f***ing idea not to do this," continuing to curse at me in front of other customers. And even balled his fists up after (they were also balled up when they were shaking earlier). At that point, my father and I decided to leave because we felt unsafe. We went to the nearby UPS store instead, where the transaction was completed quickly and without issue. We plan to report this incident to corporate, as Daniel's behavior was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and possibly indicative of intoxication while on the job. read more

Charged $15 for passport photos that were rejected by the passport office. They didn't even cut them out of the paper, they said their machine was broken (after I paid) and told me to use the paper cutter and "take a little off the edge each time because it's hard to get the cut in the right place." Rude service and an unsuccessful print run. I came around 11AM on a Monday and the older lady just sounded like she hated her job but I guess I could mark it as someone who knows her job and just wants to get the job done, no messing around... if only the job could actually be done. I wanted to print a larger card stock sign and they directed me to use the self printer, which is fine because she at least showed me how to use everything since I seemed like a deer in headlights inside this place. What really sucked was that I printed and they self printer printed streaks and the my black print looked blue. As a sign for business, this was unacceptable but this site wouldn't do anything about it. I was being charged and made to feel like the print quality I had was normal and there was nothing to be done. I could have believed this but then I went to a fedex store at union city and had a WAY better experience and the machine printed in dark ink with no streaks. To the employee that was helping me on March 12, 2023 around 2:30pm, you are probably one of the reasons why this Fedex is getting poor ratings. I'm not the type to write negative reviews but I've worked in customer service my whole life and the way you treated me was not right and I hope you don't treat others this way as well. I'm not sure if you were having a bad day but I came in looking for helping shipping an amazon return aka a treadmill. I explained to you it was a portable treadmill that goes under a standing desk and weighs 64 lbs. The amazon seller instructed me to get a bike carton box as itll fit in it. I asked if you sold bike carton boxes and you looked at me like I was dumb and that you guys didn't carry it and didn't even bother checking your fedex website/calling other locations (which I clearly saw online or else I wouldnt ask). Then, the whole time you were talking to me was very demeaning when I was looking for help. I wanted to make sure information was entered correctly when you were generating the cost for the box and you just gave me attitude. It was ridiculous you tried to upcharge me on a customize box for $148 before tax to ship out a return. I ended up going to a different location which had the Standard Bike Carton box I was looking for and it was under $30. I was sent to the Fremont Hub location from the Automall location because their system was having issues. Turns out, their system wasn't having issues, the person working at the Automall location just didn't click the correct options so my delivery was not processing. ANYWAYS suffice it to say, the worker at the Fremont Hub location figured it out and I was able to ship it out successfully. Super helpful and patient and the location is very large and spacious. I noticed they sell a lot of items like cards for birthdays and calendars and snacks. Highly recommend this location! read more

This fedex has pretty good service. First thing I will say my review is based on the customer service and not pricing. The staff here is really nice and informative. They are very helpful. An associate Jackie was super informative and patient with all my questions. She was able to find me a decent shipping price as well. This place is not too busy at least in the morning. I would assume it is busy during lunch and night (it's a busy plaza). The associates are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you quickly. They do have a drop box which is standard. You can scan (via self checkout) and drop it in the box or at the counter if the box is too big. The wait time is not too bad. Overall I like this place as the associates are great. It's easy to drop packages off. Foot traffic is low in the morning so it's not a long wait. read more

This fedex are run by a bunch of fucking snakes who want your money. Long story short, I moved out of state and my work sent some equipment to my parents house in Milpitas where I no longer live at. No worries, my work gave me a new label for next day shipping, and all my mom had to do was drop off the package. Sounds simple enough right? When she gets to fedex the prick working the counter says I can hear some jiggling inside and that we need to repack it. They open the box and shove bubble wrap and packing paper, and have the fucking audacity to charge $22. $22 for a few pieces of bubble wrap? Fucking ridiculous. If my work sent it that way, there is no need to open it and add BS shipping supplies that isn't necessary. The guy was just looking to make a quick buck and take advantage of my mother who didn't know better. Take your business elsewhere because there's no honesty here, they just want your money. read more

The manager doesn't have customer service skills and is not up to date with company policies. I was using a 3rd party service that uses fedex to ship 7 50lbs packages. It was a pickup by FedEx and the service asked to get a Fedex sleeve that we stuck on the package with a label. When I went to the FedEx store, I asked them, that I need 7 of those. The manager whispers in employee ears to give only 5. I showed the email that I have 7 packages, the manager again whispers in employee ears that tell him to get those packages to the store then we will issue him the sleeve. I showed them that it is a "FedEx pickup". He just kept quiet but didn't give me 2 more sleeves. I called FedEx customer service and they told me that the Manger should have given you the sleeves read more

Me and my kid visited this place and there was another lady who also came to post documents but the problem is with her service Bull dog which was trying to bite my kid. I sensed danger and placed my kid over the table. Even when on a table which was like 4-5 feet tall enough. The dog owner of the service dog let it loose very irresponsibly and the dog came to my kid few feet away and jumping on my kids table and was trying to reach kid by placing two feet on the table and two feet on the ground, I shouted at staff and owner, "Get this Dog Out". And then the owner took her dog away from my kid. This is horrible safety. We need safety not only from Corona virus and putting up mask mandate on the Fedex office before entering, also needed is better handle customer's safety. And one of the staff person had the audacity to ask my kid to get down of the table after the dog and the dog owner left saying he is concerned about my kid falling down from the table. Really you Fedex employees are worried about my kid safety , what were you doing when the dog was trying to bite my kid? I don't think so its the liability if the kid falls down from the table then Fedex is liable but dog attacking my kid is then dog owner is liable. you choose what is safe to you and your company, zero ethics. While heading back to my car there was this other guy who just parked his junk car beside us and was very rude, didn't wait until I buckle up my kid and park his car and thrashing his car door as if I was suppose to give room for him to park first, utter lunacy. Excuse me, kids safety first you ignorant guy. Also this single guy who don't have family was parking in family only parking spot opposite grocery outlet, eligible for parking ticket. Good service, called me to tell me my printing was ready. And they were super nice when I got there. I saw the staff really focus on the customer ahead of me in line who was having a hard time with the self service. Instead of skipping around that first customer, the staff person apologised to the line and continued to help the first customer which I thought was great. I always thought printing at FedEx would be pricey but I think it is better than ink cartridges and the selection online for what kind of paper and color makes the whole thing smooth and cheap enough for my student budget. read more

Came here to pick up an order I placed online. The customer service was good. I called the day of me ordering to ask a question and the lady that helped me answered all my questions. I ended up not picking up my print until the next day. Yes, the parking lot can get crowded. But they're really good about social distancing, disinfecting areas and not letting a lot of customers in at once. I would def be coming back to this fedex location. Staff is very knowledgeable and they are especially compliant with social distancing protocols. I've used their Fedex Shipping Services, Fax Machine and some Speciality Printing and they were flawless. Their merchandize selection is great, as well. If I had to come up with a complaint, I would say their scanning services need some work. I called in for a quote on bulk scanning and the price they quoted over the phone was completely out of line. They don't push this service in their advertising much so I decided not to ding them. read more

I went here to get my books coiled for easier studying and not only did they punch holes on the wrong side they didn't coil it correctly with what I originally wanted. When I got there they wouldn't even be able to fix it because the damage was already done. My books cost over $1600 and it was ruined and done incorrectly... I needed 9 photos printed as 3x3s - 1st person printed incorrectly where they were terrible looking/off centered. The 2nd person charged me $7.50 per image to correct -- after I already took original images & resized & reemailed their way. This process took days & because I was out of time I had to pay this ridiculous fee! This is terrible customer service, not consistent at all, DO NOT go here for printing. The rush of adrenaline I get trying to get assignments or documents printed on time is UNREAL. The stress and anxiety I normally get from rushing in the morning, paired with my own printer running out of ink feels like such a battle- no one should go through this in the morning! Thankfully, I've had such amazing service at this FedEx location. On mornings when I'm worried about getting things printed in time, I've been able to get things printed within minutes- hardly any wait at all. In the past I've had difficulty using my personal debit card at the computer stations, but with FedEx's Print n Go option, it made it quick and easier to get single copy documents without the fuss, and I save the money I would've been charged for using the Internet. Coming to this location, I'm always greeted with a smile, and the associates are quick to help. I've never felt that any of my questions were silly, and in my experience, I've been able to get solutions and options - if plan A doesn't work out! What I enjoy most about this FedEx is the customer service. The amount of care and consideration offered really stood out to me. Knowing I was in a slight rush, they've always managed to make my time a priority , and for that I'm so thankful.
