Also note- one time i called and ask how much it would be extra to focus on my shoulders, the man on the phone said no extra charge, but when i finished my massage the lady said it was $40 extra. I asked for 1.5 hours, she said NO because she worked too hard on my back. Fucking rude how are they still open. Don't go to their sister location up the street either. Robbie was my therapist and just concentrated on those areas with some very deep tissue, which at some point was a little too intense, but still, he found some gnarly knots that needed some work. I should've had him do some more on my arms, because he did a couple techniques that felt good. The one thing that was surprising was the country music that he played, but it was interesting to have work done listening to country music. So if you need work done on specific areas, this is a great place to come to. If you are looking for one of those "serene aromatherapy" massages...this is not the place. My technician was Mina. She performed my service package. At other spas I've been to, different people performed different tasks in the spa package. She also provided instructions after each item session (my package included facility use, scrub, massage, and facials). I got to the facility ~30 mins before my appointment. An employee walked me through the facility and provided instructions. I used the hot tub and plunge pool before the scrub. After my session was done with Mina, I had lunch with friends. After that, I used the dry and charcoal rooms. The business was clean and organized. They had lockers for us to store our things in. The posted signs on the wall were a little confusing, but you can always ask the staff if you are unclear. They were friendly.
