When I went to checkout the the associate assigned to a register was wondering off to find a size for a woman on the display but not available. Great customer service BUT not when the lines are long as it is. They need some of other members of the staff to be handling those to keep the flow for checkout. I cant just blame this store though as this is one of the downfall of my Kohls experience and it has happened even prior to COVID. The store was messier than usual, hard to find stuff (only plastic or styrofoam here plus no Easter plates at all), hard to get through & around the aisles which was worse than usual, etc. You get the point. As I waited in the endless long line cuz as usual only 2 people at the registers for a weekend day (guess we were lucky to have 2 people), I couldn't believe that the cashier in my line was taking her time ringing up the customers cuz she was busy talking (more like yelling at) to a child (son perhaps?) with a man both standing near the front window. Okay, fine, I'll deal, I wasn't in a rush. Well, when she finally started ringing me up, she started automatically bagging my items. She never asked if I wanted them bagged like I've experienced at other stores and I had already put my own personal bag at the end of the counter which i opened up so I could be handed the items as they were each rung up. So I finally said "I have my own bag" and with a huge huff, she took all the items out of the store bag and literally kept them in her hand as she rang up more items which she then shoved into her already full hand until it seemed she was good and ready to hand them to me and all the while continuing her conversation with the guy & child at the window. She then shoved what she had in her hand into mine which didn't give me a good chance to organize them into my own bag so some items weren't crushed. She did the same thing with the rest of my items. I was still really nice to her as I've worked at registers myself in the past. After I paid her, I had to ask her for my receipt as she was already ringing up the next customer and again with the huff, she ripped it out of the register and threw it at me! Don't care what kind of day you had, are having or hate your job, you should always be nice to customers especially when they've been (extremely) nice to you. Was she mad she had to work that day? Was she mad she couldn't charge me for a store bag? Was she mad that the guy & child were there? Who knows but I won't be going back to this store again. I'll drive all the way to the Cheshire store where it's cleaner, neater, better stocked and much nice cashiers! I would've been fired immediately at my past jobs if I ever treated customers so rudely and/or had people hanging at the register talking to me while I was busy ringing people up. On Wednesday 10/1/25 a relative of mine was simply just trying to get a flu vaccination. Three of the pharmacy staffs took a look at the insurance card and could not figure out if they accepted it or not. This relative of mine had been coming to this pharmacy for over one year already and had picked up many prescriptions using this one insurance card for coverage. The pharmacy staff decided that they needed a different card "prescription card" for one entire year that has passed not once was this ever asked before. My relatives information has been in the system for one year already. The young woman with very short-haired and glasses with black scrubs who seemed to have more seniority. Would not help the young man at the cash register who also had short hair and black scrubs. The young man seemed to be very frustrated and nervous. So he provided me with some information for my relatives insurance comp. My mentally disabled relative could not receive her flu shot due to the fact of the pharmacy staff stating the insurance card is has expired and is not in the system. My family and I left the pharmacy and went over to cvs in the same town since my relative has also used them over the years as well. The experience at cvs was so phenomenal. Not only was my relative greeted and treated so kindly, but was also given the flu vaccination using the same exact and only insurance card. This Walgreens Pharmacy really should be ashamed of themselves for the behavior me and my family witnessed and how my relative fell of victim to. A formal phone call complaint was made within the same hour and reported to the shift manager named Chris (female) who apologized on behalf of the pharmacy staff. Chris also stated that due to her position she didn't have the authority to oversee the pharmacy customer service.Chris also stated she will hand over the information to her overseeing manger Christina. Unfortunately Christina the main manager had just left for the day. Chris assured that a phone call back with an update would take place the following day. CHRISTINA THE MANAGER may have never received the information. My relative called back the next day,and received alot of hang ups, excuses for call backs. It became very unprofessional and distasteful and represents a big stain on the store. No accountability was taken and that is unacceptable. Today is October 5, 2025. It's in the hands of corporate management now. This absolutely needed to be spoken on the inappropriate, disregarded,discriminatory acts of customer service given by walgreens Pharmacy staff and store managers. I really hope this doesn't continue and a lesson is taught in how it's effortless to be kind to one another. Best regards.

So I grabbed a basket and it didn't take me long to fill it with candies, gifts, cookies, stuffed toys, makeup and accessories. I also stocked up on travel items from the great inventory on the travel section on the back wall of the store. I picked up some magazines too! I saw some Pez dispensers, and it was tempting to add them to my basket as I was an avid Pez collector but I used my will power to leave them for another PEZhead! This store is well stocked, clean, organized, and the sections as clearly marked making it a breeze to navigate along the aisles. Check out was seamless and the employees were pleasant. What's not to like about this corner convenient pit stop and pharmacy?
