So I think Titan was bought by Insulation Labs but they are just redirecting the calls instead of shutting down the Titan brand because they want to double their chance at getting work. I called Attic Advisor and Nick came out to give me an estimate. He told me exactly what they would do and showed me photos of previous jobs they had done that looked similar to my situation. I was so impressed with Nick's explanation and professionalism that I decided to have Attic Advisor do the work. On the appointed day, the crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They put up plastic to protect my walls and laid down plastic on my stairs to protect my carpet. They actually created a plastic lined tunnel where they could take the debris straight out to their truck without it blowing all over my home. I had fiberglass batting and blown-in insulation that they removed. They vacuumed out the attic thoroughly. I was provided with photos taken before, during, and after the project was completed. The old insulation was removed, all holes and cracks in the floor and walls were sealed up, they used a fogger to remove any contaminants, and then they installed new fiberglass insulation. My attic looks great!. Nick was very patient and kind throughout the process from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I feel so much better knowing that my attic is now spotless and sanitary. I highly recommend Nick and Attic Advisor!
