I've never had my car to this facility, however i have an excellent report on their customer service. I had an incident with a state highway line painting vehicle. All of a sudden the traffic slowed to a crawl and i had a tractor trailer and two other cars in front of me. I could not see any warning that they were painting lines and later that day I notice white paint all over my black trim. It was literally caked on there. The people who were responsible for the truck insisted on 2 detailer's estimates, and i called Dynasty and they ask for pictures. They said it couldn't be restored to its original condition without showing scratches. The responsible party took their expert word and the molding was fully replaced. I took my car to Dynasty Auto Detailing for the first time a few months ago for a basic wash and I couldn't be happier. I ended up coming back for ceramic coating and paint correction and boy was I proven wrong. Shane took care of the swirl marks and scratches from years of crappy automatic car washes. The shine and protection the ceramic coating gives is absolutely worth it. The water literally just beads off! Even if my car gets a little dirty, I can just spray it down with water and due to the ceramic coating, it comes right off. I've gotten my car detailed from other 'detailers' around the area and literally NO one did a better job or even close to how well Shane at Dynasty took care of my car. Dynasty auto detailing does amazing car work, nothing short of a miracle. I'm not proud of it but I don't keep up with how clean my car is, and when I found out about this business I was skeptical at first cause I could always clean myself. But these guys do amazing work. 10/10 read more
