Awful experience. I completely understand that NYE is a crazy busy night for a Chinese restaurant. I am willing to be extra patient and allow for extra time. Just be honest, and tell me how long I am going to have to wait. This place had absolutely no clue. I showed up right when my order was supposed to be ready. I walked in the door to find about 30 others waiting for their orders. The orders trickled out of the kitchen about 1 every 5 minutes. Nobody could give any time frame on how long it was going to take, or whether your order was even being prepared yet. When you checked with an employee about the status of your order, they would just tell you "not yet". It was blatantly obvious that the restaurant was completely overwhelmed by the amount of orders that they had, yet they continued to take more orders. After waiting over an hour at the restaurant and still not having the food that I had ordered 2 hours earlier, the employee taking orders was still telling people that their order would be ready in 35 minutes. The restaurant clearly was catering to their DoorDash orders, and pushing off the pickup orders. Never again read more

I loved this place from 2019-2023, but I went in 8/2024 and it's not the same. They used to have the best rangoons but they replaced them with this dry shell covered ones that aren't even close to the original ones and their house special rice is no longer " special" I won't be going back. read more

We have been customers for over ten years. Sadly, the food quality has gone way downhill in the past two years. The food was always hot and fresh now it tastes like it has been reheated. The general Tso's chicken was pretty good. The garlic broccoli was also pretty good. The spicy sesame wontons were not what I expected. It seemed that they were cooked in a sauce that just tasted like peanut butter. There were only a few people sitting inside. We took ours to go but there was a lot of seating available inside. I've never had, ethnic or otherwise, food that was seasoned and cooked so perfectly every single time, without fail. If you've ever had a bad experience I challenge you to try them again. Fairly decent Chinese spot. It's a bit pricey, but they have a better tasting quality of food here. The egg drop soup is very tasty, not too salty. I enjoyed that a lot, along with the fried rice which was on the same par. The family enjoyed the general tso chicken and white ride, with the wings. The only complaint about the wings is that they were overcooked and rather cold, it might have been from the travel to the hotel. I am not too sure. However, the service on the phone was terrible. The lady answering and taking the orders was pretty rude, and when she didn't understand something she rudely said "WHAT?!". She also seemed to be going in circles when we brought up the three dollar coupon, there were no restrictions on it exactly that she said other than the ones listed. Our order qualified for it, but she said food was expensive now and they can't offer it. We understand the times, but perhaps notifying hotels about this so they can tell future customers is a good idea. Adding on, there were no sauces usually added in the bag. No duck sauce, soy sauce, etc. That wasn't an issue however, it was very minor. Other than that, it was just the lady taking orders that had an attitude that was rather discouraging. The delivery man was really nice and assisting, he delivered everything well with a good attitude. Overall, not a bad spot but the attitude issue should be rectified. We stopped by with our kids for dinner. I gave it 4* for exceeding expectations. Food was good, we liked the flavor profiles of the soups wonton and hot and sour. Fave go to Chinese restaurant! Love the woman who answers the phone, she's a rockstar. One day I was late picking up and she called and asked if I was okay! The food is consistently good and always piping hot! I also appreciate that the entrees usually come in containers that can be reused. The pork spareribs were overcooked and the beef teriyaki was anything but teriyaki flavored. $6 delivery charge? I would say next time I won't tip the driver I'd there is a delivery fee, but I'm never ordering from there again. The lo mien was bland and was kind of blah I can pass on it, wasn't horrible but I could've cooled spaghetti noodles and add veggies and soy sauce and probably get the same result. My wife and I frequent this restaurant at least once a month if not more. The portions and the prices are great. We usually have dinner and leftovers for the next day under $20. Came to visit my aunt from Worcester so decided to order lunch I was extremely iffy but because it was recommended over other I ordered here I ordered a A3 took out the egg roll and ask for extra crab Rangoon I also asked for extra sauce on my spare ribs (which were extremely dry) and extra onion rice and rangoons was bland asf the spare ribs had no sauce and the charged me for a homemade duck sauce not a big one like a little simple one that should come with the food. I did a 3 when I wanted to do a 1 but I'm all about supporting small business especially in these times. Chicken fingers and beef teriyaki were good, bf loved the teriyaki. Hunan beef had nice spice and flavor but we wish there was more sauce... waaay too many green beans in my opinion. The only thing I wish were better was the sweet and sour sauce. Ordered a side (which was huge) but it seemed oily. It was quite thin and flavor wasn't 100% because of the oiliness.
