Time for an honest review of this establishment. I give this place a 1.0 Stars outta 5. Would give it a 0 Stars if i could...And here is why. I came here on August 5th 2024, to get my car fixed when it was flooded out by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debbie, I was recommended this place by a family member who lives in Florida. Anyways, my sunroof sprung a leak and caused a lot of damage. So they had found the cause of the leak and offered a fair price on some parts the insurance wouldn't cover. But here comes the issues... When the car was first repaired, it leaked again before it left the shop, so they improperly diagnosed the leak, so it had to be re-repaired, ok? No big deal originally. They do that and give me the car back, but then there were ripped wires for my dashcam system, improperly secured interior trim, and a new air bag light. They fixed the wiring issue, and the improperly secured trim they caused by mistake, but then refused to acknowledge the light without charging more to diagnose and repair the problem. That's where it became a problem for me, and I am frustrated with that. Luckily, I was able to take it to another shop, and they repaired the issue for free and in less than an hour, as it was just an unplugged wire underneath a seat. And recently Oct 24th, 2024, the sunroof again started to leak which what it was repaired before obv... and found they stripped out the screws for the Sun visers as well based on what another shop had said. And the insurance company is totaling my vehicle. But all this said begs the question of how reliable this company is in fairness to others and issues they cause. I can understand they did fix all the problems they caused besides just the airbag related issue, but it just wasn't fair to me even with all the same issues reappearing again. read more

I purchased a Bmw Z4 from carvana and all their cars come with a 100 day warranty. Dynasty collision works directly with the warranty company. I called and explained the situation to Mark who transferred me over to Johnny. I was already impressed with their happy tone and demeanor! Johnny clearly set all expectations and possible out of pocket expenses that could occur if it was not covered by warranty. I set up a diagnostic appointment 2 days later. Make a long story short the issue I thought I had was nothing more than a sloppy oil change previously done by another company. I had another issue in which they could not duplicate .They wanted me to come in and pick up my car. I told Johnny to please trust me and take my car for another test ride. He listened to what I was saying and said he will tell the mechanics my concerns again. I did have an intermittent issue and they experienced it.( whew)...thanks Johnny for truly listening to my concerns and taking it seriously. Johnny called me to inform me that they ordered the part but it could be up to 5 days until they get it From Tampa. In the meantime hurricane Helene is 18 hours away and I live right on the water and stress was high. I was under mandatory evacuation. I called and asked Mark if they could just keep my car there and he said" of course, stay safe". ( wow! I didn't have to worry about picking up my car and finding a place to store it during the hurricane) Fast forward...car is fixed, she runs nicely without any issues. I'm so impressed with the communication and resolution but more than anything I'm into excellent customer service and that they did....kudos!, well done everyone! I've used this garage for several years and in general had a good opinion of them; however that's changed. I've lost all confidence in this garage to properly diagnose and fix anything. Weeks ago I brought my 2014 Chevy van in for service. I drove it down from New England where it was cold to find I didn't have any heat. I checked it out for loss of coolant, but that wasn't it, no Engine problem warnings so I continued the trip and brought it to Dynasty. I was still hopeful they could resolve it but after several hundred dollars and return trips it's still not working, I paid the latest bill and didn't even leave the parking lot before I realized they didn't fix it, again I needed to leave it, hopefully this time they'll figure it out??? I can't see how they can stay in business with this kind of service. read more

Do you want to wait a month and a half for a rear end to get fixed well this is your place! Do you like being told it will be done at the end of the week every week then this is your place! Do you want to find out 2 weeks in after they told you end of the week twice it will be done that they are actually just starting to work on it now this is your place! Seems like they do one task a week then take their attention somewhere else, for disassemble, parts, repaint, and reassembly it takes over a month for a rear end and I'm still waiting for my car! read more

Third time I take my vehicle there and everything they do a oil change my car comes home with a oil leak . I took to another place and the price was almost half for the same full Syntactic oil and nothings leaks the other place also told me the that screw was not tied properly. One of the time I took to dynasty they left the oil container under my hood and it almost melted next to my engine because of the heat. Last visit they Lao told me that I needed a new battery when I just have replaced the battery not even 2 months ago. Battery was tested multiple time and it test perfectly. read more

Took my RV in with a picture showing the repair necessary to stop the transmission fluid leak. They chose to do a different repair and did not stop the leak - they had not followed the picture and my directions. I took it back for a proper repair. They diagnosed the exact same repair that was a failure in the first attempt. As with most repair shops, one does not get the keys until all charges are paid in full - so I paid the $116.31 erroneous diagnosis fee. The correct repair was replacement of the automatic transmission wire harness, INTERIOR to the transmission - which was successfully done by another repair shop. I have the old harness in my possession to answer questions that I may be falsifying this complaint. And, believe it or not they actually have the chops to send me an advertisement for periodic maintenance!! read more

We paid Dynasty Collision and Auto Repair (aka West Coast Classics) over $11,000 to perform an engine rebuild on my 90 year old mother's 1955 Chevy Belair Two Door Hard Top. They kept the car for 21 months and I had to send a certified letter and also have my attorney send a letter to get them to finish the car! Due to the last minute notification that the car was finally ready, a friend had to pick up the car for me (I could not get to Florida over Thanksgiving weekend being notified the previous Friday). On the way back home to New Port Richey, the throttle cable stuck and my friend ruined the brakes and almost hit someone getting the car stopped on highway 19 in Bayonet Point. The 55 Chevy had to be towed to another repair shop in New Port Richey and we are awaiting the news on how much it will cost us to finish the repair Dynasty started and did not satisfactorily compete. Dynasty said they broke in the car and it was ready to leave the shop (all repairs were finalized). It broke down less than 20 miles from the shop. When I called the receptionist at Dynasty, she was polite but just thanked me for calling. BEWARE of using Dynasty Collision and Auto Repair! They play Christian music and start out being nice but it may just be a front! Since they kept the car for 21 months, I am glad to have it back even though I will have to pay more money to complete the repairs they started. After a year, I was afraid that I would never see the 55 Chevy again!! This has turned into a real mess and now I will have to pay more money just to have the car repaired so it is useable. They talk about Trust !!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! UPDATE!!! - A PART ON THE THROTTLE LINKAGE WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS CAUSING THE ACCELERATOR TO STICK WIDE OPEN!!! WOW!!!! Make sure you question them a couple of times about the service you get and how much it cost. I had asked about the diagnose test and if they charge for it. Both times I was told no. When I picked up my car I had a high bill for the oil change of $122.82 I then asked before I paid if I paid for the diagnose of the car, again it was stated no. I got home and I was charged for it $85 dollars. I would of never done it if I knew they charged for it. I called to ask again and they said if they don't fix it they charge for it, well that was never stated to me. They said they would give me a free oil change next time to make up for it. A $30 oil change verse $85 leaves a $55 extra expense plus I have to go back in 6 months to use the free oil change to get the $30 back. Not happy miscommunications for sure Judy B read more

Unbelievable service! It is rare that you find this type of business providing this high a level of service anymore. All my repairs at Dynasy have been well above my expectations. As soon as you pull into their driveway you know this is a high class operation. From reception to final pickup, everyone goes way beyond the normal just to make sure you are completely satisfied. As a Veteran, this is the place I would trust if I was deployed and my family needed service. Kudos to all the employees that I have met there.
