I advised her I'm in Lutz Florida which is about an hour out and that didn't matter. We went back and fourth and she said she has a private buyer for trade-ins, so it would be best to stop by. That piqued my interest seeing that would help get more money for their truck. On Saturday 3/21/2026, I messaged her advising I was able to stop in. As I I mentioned before I'm an hour out. She wished me a happy birthday and even said when would have balloons for me. I show up and I'm greeted by Wayne. He asked me who I was there for, I told him Cher. He asked what vehicle I was there to see. Had me sit at his desk while he called Cher. She didn't answer, so he went to get her. He was gone for 5 minutes and returns to tell me the truck I was there for sold that morning. Now I told Cher I used to sell cars, but you don't have to be a salesman to see a clear bait and switch. He immediately offered the other two Lightning and I said no thank you got up, shook his hand and left. I messaged Cher as I was in my car ready to leave and she didn't apologize for not having the truck, but again let me know about the other trucks they had. I told her I didn't come for the bait and switch and I have not heard back from her yet. I wasted over two hours just in driving. If the dealership was closer, I probably wouldn't be as upset, but this was ridiculous. My experience here at Spring Hill Ford is one if the many reasons people hate going to the dealership. For Cher to do that, knowing I was a car salesman really shows they do not care what they do, just as long as they get you in. The waiting room is fairly small especially when they are working on multiple cars. There wasn't any seats available which was an inconvenience since I was with my infant. I was there for almost 4 hours which seemed very long for the job they were doing. When it was time to pay, the guy said a complete different total. I told him I spoke to someone this morning and it wasn't that. He knocked down the price but I still ended up paying $10 more than was told this morning which was very annoying. It was just him and one other guy working, but both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely happy to help. I only needed a small tire patch on my rear tire, but they handled it quickly and treated me like a valued customer the entire time. Great service, great value, and excellent professionalism. Thank you guys for helping me out during a very inconvenient time. I'll definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend them for tires and patch jobs. They also have a cozy waiting area with a TV, Keurig, and cool A/C, which made the wait comfortable.

When I called the shop and spoke to Adam he said he would take care of it. Mind you they charged my $299 last year to do an oil pan seal. I call Adam and he wants to charge me for a new oil pan, of which they damaged when they did the oil change. I told him about the damage to my driveway and he never offered to do anything about it. The best he could do was charge me $139 for an oil pan. He claims it wasn't their fault. He then tries to tell my that I need all this other work done in order for him to do an alignment on my truck. The price on that work was $3300.00. Mind you my truck only has 64,000 miles on it. I paid for the oil pan and told him I'll have to think about it. I then take my truck to a highly respected shop for another opinion. Guess what, they could do the work for $540. This guy is a rip off. Do not trust him for any of your work. Consumer beware!!!!!
