I would advise against going to Dynasty Nails salon. Dawn's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, their pricing practices are ambiguous. For instance, despite previously paying $45 for a full set dip powder, I was charged the same amount for a fill-in just eight days later. Immediately, I asked Dawn why am I paying $45 for a fill in, when a brand new set was $45? She was puzzled. She started stuttering and said it's because my nails are short, which doesn't make any sense. When I requested to speak with a manager about this discrepancy, I was met with refusal and further unhelpful behavior. I strongly recommend choosing a salon that transparently lists their prices, as this is standard practice and ensures fair treatment for customers. I read several reviews of this establishment before deciding to visit. I made an appointment and was seated right away. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My husband got a pedicure as well. As we were leaving he was looking for the older lady that had done his pedicure, in order to give her a tip. One of the other employees was gracious enough to get her. My husband hands her the money and says, "...Thank you, ma'am." She takes the money from him as if annoyed that she had to walk from the back to get her tip and turned around and walked immediately to the back once more. When we got home, I noticed that two of my nails were already peeling. The next day, I called this establishment and said that I was there the previous night and my gel was already peeling. I wanted to come back in to have it fixed. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and said I could come back and they'd fix it. When I get there a different lady starts on my nails (I assume she's the own/boss by the way she was talking to the other employees). I show her that now three of my nails have gel that is either peeling or lifting. Instead of removing the gel, she simply paints over it!!! While she does this "patch job" she's engaged in a somewhat feisty conversation with the older lady that snatched the tip money from my husband the previous night. A day later, my nails are peeling again. I spent almost $140 there; only for my husband to be treated rudely and for my nails to look like trash. I will not return. read more

This salon is my go to salon. I'm greeted when I walk in and directed to the massage chair for my pedicure. They have covers for their chairs and the tub bins. They take their time with their services and complete excellent work. Their nail technicians can do designs as well. I've always been satisfied with their work. They are also reasonable priced but not to the detriment of their work or their safety precautions. I will continue to use their services and direct others their as well. read more

Went in they told me 10 minutes wait for a pedicure. After 10 minutes took me back for my feet to soak and then waited another 30 for the slowest manicurist I've ever seen to come start my feet. Most basic of a pedicure I've ever had and I was there an hour and a half! Super huge waste of my afternoon and money. Very disappointed. Didn't even clean under my nails. Barely trimmed my cuticles. The place itself was not well cared for, dirty, and I left knowing I'll never come back. No prices listed anywhere. It was cheap so I guess that is a plus but yuck! read more

I've been patronizing this establishment for about 3 months now after a friend has referred me to Dawn and I have to say I haven't been disappointed yet. Rather I'm a walk in or had placed an appointment the service is great, fast and the work is proficient at an affordable cost. Dawn's friendly personality and creative is the best that I've had. read more

The manager is very unprofessional. I visited the salon for the second time today to have a thumb nail fixed--even though I had my doubts--which is my bad. Upon me pointing out that a cracked portion of the nail didn't have any acrylic on it, I was accused of touching the nail. I explained that I didn't touch it but wanted to point out that the crack wasn't completely covered. The manager made a comment and then laughed. We then had a back and forth exchange about her insinuating that I was lying. I also explained to her, and pointed out, the nail polish issues I had with the original nail job she did just a week prior, which wasn't the best and I didn't complain about. I wanted her to be especially aware of the polish coverage issue that happened with my thumb. Apparently, the manager has a problem with a customer pointing out errors--so much so that she had to tell me she has been doing this for a long time and that my nails are the problem. I guess she thinks she makes no mistakes. Customer service sucks at this salon! I recommend Seven Day Nail Spa (on Mahan Drive) and Lee Nails (on Apalachee Parkway) over this place any day! read more

I went today which is Saturday after having an appointment for the previous day that wasn't honor by Dawn due to her having someone in her chair at my appointment time which was at 10am on Friday. When i came today she didn't acknowledge the situation from the previous day so when i discussed it with her. She ignored me. While she was taking off my nails one of thumbs began to bleeds and i said ouch a few times. she is then stop. she then proceed to go to the other hand to take the rest of the nails off of my hands and then comes back to the the thumb nail that is bleeding. She takes it out then puts in it in 100 acetone which i began to says ouch again. she began to put on a fresh a nails on my hands and i inform her that the shape of my two thumbs where not the same shape. She gets an attitude and says she is the one doing my nails. If i want her to continue doing my nails. I inform her to continue. I inform her that she did acknowledge my previous my statement from earlier and that was rude. She said that i was making her nervous by informing her about the shape of my two thumb nails. She didn't do a good job on my nails. They look terrible. One of thumbs has blood under in it and the two shapes of the thumbs it isn't the same shape. She had nerve to charge 60 dollar for that crap. Now i have to pay someone else to fix this. I told her after i my hands just to put clear polish on let me pay you. I done with Dawn rude self. When i pay my money i expect quality customer service. read more
