We stayed in the honeymoon suite for our anniversary weekend and I could not have been happier with our experience! The room was clean and everything was in working order. The in-room hot tubs here really are a hidden gem! The location even has a small pool and jacuzzi area with a small sauna. The free breakfast was noteworthy. They have a coffee machine to use most of the day, but at breakfast time they had hot food and plenty of options, everything was clean and well stocked. 10/10 would stay here again!

I would define Dynasty Suites as a "cottage hotel" which means that the rooms are not enclosed in a building and you have to drive to your room. When checking into the hotel, the employee is stationed behind a plastic barrier as a protective measure for the employee. There is a $100 deposit for the room. I liked that the hotel has a later checkout time than most which is at noon. Hotel amenities outside of the hotel rooms include a pool, a hot tub, a dry sauna, a gazebo with a seating area. Upon entering the hotel room, the window was open and air conditioner was off to let natural air into the room. There was a welcome note/thank you note on the bed from a hotel guest room attendant which was a gave a personal touch to our hotel visit. This hotel room is small but charming and contains a ceiling fan, air conditionerchair, a large TV, an electronic fireplace, a microwave, a Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed, and a mini fridge. The hotel room also has soap and lotion dispensers in the vanity sink area room and in the bathroom shower, a make mirror by the vanity sink and a anti fogging mirror inserted inside the shower. I really appreciated the toiletries basket on the vanity sink area which contains a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, disposable razor, shaving cream, comb, shower cap, make-up remover, and shoe cleaner. The bathroom is large and contains a regular light switch as well as a nightlight switch. Although the room doesn't have a removable luggage rack for suitcases, the room does have a cedar wood lined closet with space to lay your suitcase down in. As an environmentally conscious person, I was pleasantly surprised to see signage on the hotel door requesting that guests turn off all the power when leaving the room in order to save energy. Breakfast is available from 5:30am-9:00am and provides fruit, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, toast, bagels, muffins, milk, juice, and a Starbucks coffee machine. In the breakfast area, there is signage to promote social distancing and gloves are provided to hotel guests to assist with getting breakfast items. There was also a wall mounted hand sanitizer dispenser inside the br Although the hotel doesn't have a fitness center, the hotel does provide guests with a 24 hour pass to nearby Anytime Fitness which can be done by asking the front desk staff. The hotel also has a business center and a guest laundry/vending machine room. The guest laundry is open which is open from 8am-9pm. Inside the guest laundry room is a vending machine, soda machine, and ice machine. This is a perfect hotel to visit if you live in the area and want to take a staycation although I could definitely see this hotel doing well very in a colder area such as Big Bear Lake.

I've always liked coming here never any complaints but during my stay I started getting all these bites all over my body never in my life have I ever been bitten so much .. I went to try to tell management and they weren't there but the girls in the front automatically assumed I was trying to get a discount or something . I'm like that's the least of my worries I'm in pain I've been itching all over idk I hope they fix the problem this stay really made me not want to come back

This is so bad I wanna give it a 0 but it's not a option so ima give it a 1 .They give you your deposit back and then take it back days later this is the worse hotel they don't care about the customers plus there is bed bugs they took my deposit away now I'm negative on my account and they said that there's nothing that they can do about it . Hotel is full of moss the pool is green and stinks. For breakfast they give out spoiled milk . I tried to call the front desk because my tv was not working and I did not feel like getting up since im on vacation .but I had to go down stairs only to find that the front desk clerk was asleep during her shift .

This is a nice hidden gem of a hotel. I recently stayed here for 2 nights, I'm a very light sleeper, I got two nights of good sleep, it seemed to be a quiet area of Redlands, I hardly heard any of the freeway noise from inside my room. Check in girl was nice and honored my request for a room upstairs. Lots of tv channels to watch from the Direct TV. Plenty of Hot water from the shower, having a fridge and microwave is nice. I found the bed to a bit firm for my taste, but honestly, I did get some good sleep for the 2 nights I was there. The Free Wi-fi was a bit slow on my laptop, but doable to check your email and basic browsing. The pool, spa and Sauna was nice to relax, with palm trees around them. On my two nights here, the other hotel guest seems to stay quiet, no partying or loud noises. I would come back and stay here again.

Clean!! Cannot stress that enough. Spacious room and bathroom & oh so comfortable memory foam bed! Mini fridge and microwave for those leftovers from nearby restaurants. The outside is super green with Spanish architecture vibes.

Nice clean hotel located in Redlands Dies include a breakfast and WiFi Rooms are up to-date basic room with large screen flat panel tv Comfortable beds The down side they are next door to the Tennessee Garden which while we were their had a very loud event heard after 11 PM Good Parking Not sure why the office staff are behind glass Freeway close fast food in area or drive to get a real meal Close to the University reasonable rates

    Dirty carpet

The front desk girl was so rude! The carpet is absolutely filthy from all of the animals. Your feet are going to get black in from walking from the couch to the toilet. I went up to the office to get towels at midnight and caught the front desk girl watching porn. She wouldn't give me towels saying I had already gotten some and when I told her how horrible the service was and then I was going to write a review, she called the police which showed up at my room an hour later Do not stay here

First floor room was large and spacious and the shower was very big. There plenty of towels and there was a dishwasher, microwave, real dishes and little kitchen amenities. No issues from the wifi and the sofa area was a good touch. The only thing was that there were a bunch of cars at the entrance, so we couldn't pull up and unload our bags without getting wet. Ample free parking though. Complimentary breakfast was decent as well, with a lot of eating area and tables. It is within 10 minutes of Yaamava also, Which was an added benefit. We will return. I recommend for a quick and economical stay.

I recommend requesting the dark roast if you like your coffee strong, their dark roast is amazing! Tifanie was very helpful during check-in and check-out and was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I do have a few complaints, which are a bigger deal for me since I had little ones with me. I requested an extra pillow and blankets for the room, but there was no staff available to bring them up, so I had to go down to the front desk to pick them up myself. Another time, when I was bathing my daughter, I noticed the conditioner was empty. I called and asked if they could refill it or bring a travel-size bottle, but again I was told I would need to come to the front desk to get it. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where I had to leave my room to get items that either weren't properly stocked or were simple requests. I also noticed one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty, and the floor near the bed was wet when we arrived. While the staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice vibe, the housekeeping team definitely needs some improvement.

The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even better. A big plus was the lobby offering coffee 24/7--always appreciated. Breakfast was definitely better than the typical hotel breakfast. The cinnamon waffles were delicious, and they also had eggs, sausage, and egg croissant sandwiches that were really good. Other options included four different types of cereal, blueberry muffins, and milk from the carton (TruMoo), which was a nice touch. A couple of small notes for future guests: if you prefer firm pillows, you may want to bring your own, as the pillows provided are very soft. Also, the Wi-Fi is not secured or unique to each room, which may matter to those who work or travel with sensitive devices. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Here's the good: free parking. Now for the rest. Starting with security--or the lack of it. The only visible security was a guy in a security uniform wandering around the "bistro" during breakfast and staring at guests. Other than that, anyone can walk into the lobby, onto the patio, into the bar, up the elevators, and onto the guest floors. No key access is required anywhere. The Wi-Fi situation is also concerning. There's a guest network, but there are also several suspicious room-linked networks showing up. Whether they're legitimate or not, it certainly doesn't inspire confidence. The lobby bistro was disappointing. The food was bland, watery, and overcooked. When I ordered tea, it arrived in a teapot with a broken handle. Not exactly the level of hospitality you'd hope for. The elevator didn't inspire confidence either. The doors began opening before the elevator had fully stopped at the floor, which felt more alarming than convenient. The room itself was pretty janky. A decorative scarf tossed across the bed seemed to be doing a lot of heavy lifting in the design department. The bathroom sink was missing the drain cover, the bed squeaked and creaked with every movement, and the walls were paper thin. We could clearly hear the TV from the neighboring room. There's only a few tv stations and no streaming options. The second floor was noisy overall, with parking lot sounds carrying late into the night and starting up again early in the morning. If you're hoping for a good night's sleep, lower your expectations. The pool and spa area were equally disappointing. The hot tub had food and something dark floating on the surface, and children were using it unsupervised. The view from the pool isn't relaxing either--unless freeway signs are your idea of scenic. What bothered me most was how misleading the photos are. The pool looks lovely online. The room photos show bathrobes that don't actually exist. The food photos displayed throughout the hotel look appetizing and polished, while the actual meals that arrive bear little resemblance to what's advertised. Overall, the photos sell a completely different experience than the one you'll actually get. Aside from free parking, I struggled to find much to recommend here.

I only wish there was a better drainage system so that the shower water would not leak through the shower door onto the bathroom floor. The sofa pullout bed has seen better days and is the type of situation where the middle dips so our son had a rough couple of nights. The small kitchen and dining area was cute and served us well for the ~three days we were there. We would serve ourselves from the breakfast buffet downstairs (that's included in the price of the room) and bring our food to eat in the comfort of our suite's dining room. Each morning they offered a continental breakfast with a few hot items like egg and cheese omelettes, sausage or bacon, hash browns one morning and biscuits and gravy the next morning. They had two waffle makers and their waffles were actually really good. There were a lot of families staying there this past weekend. There were a lot of guests that were there for the graduation ceremonies happening throughout the weekend at Loma Linda University. But either all the guests were fairly quiet and sedate or the hotel walls were nice and thick. The other advantage of this hotel is the proximity to Downtown Redlands, Loma Linda, and many shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The restaurants and shops of the Mountain Grove area are just a short walk from the hotel. And the hotel is sandwiched between a Krispy Kreme and a Dutch Bros. On our last morning before checking out I walked to the Dutch Bros. to try their coffee for the first time. It was pretty good but to be honest, the coffee I put together the prior morning from the hotel's coffee carafe mixed with a Swiss Miss hot cocoa packet they offer at their coffee station with a little half and half and a little bit of sugar was stronger and better tasting than the Dutch Bros. coffee, just saying.

This clearly shows it is an ongoing problem that management has not properly addressed. Although another room was offered, it was late at night and not reasonable to move, especially with my granddaughter. At that point, the damage to our stay was already done.
