Cute little hotel with a nice complimentary hot breakfast. My mom stayed here when she came to visit. She felt safe and really liked the free breakfast and the variety of choices each morning. A few months later we stayed here when our power was out for a few days. The only room left during the power outage was the honeymoon suite, which has a huge jacuzzi in the room. Kinda trippy but we liked it. Fun considering the circumstances. Nothing fancy here, but great location, safe, clean and affordable. Our bed was really comfortable. Definitely recommend. read more

Spotless clean, I was extremely surprised. Great price, I love the electric chimney heater, also includes microwave, refrigerator, and they're kind enough to also leave your toothbrush, toothpaste, bunch of other little good things. So you would say why not if five star right? Well, at 3am, some guy was dying outside instead of vomiting and coughing inside his room. He decided to wake up everyone, the intense cough and vomiting, lasted approximately 20 minutes, then at 6 AM the lovely guest upstairs decided to wake up and make intense love, you could just hear all the humping and thumping. I was like great now I'm being woken up every three hours when that ended then I hear the lovely train.. honestly my sleep was horrible there maybe next time I'll ask for an upstairs. Also another thing I did not like was that their pillows were just not my type. read more

The staff here is super nice! Not only that but the rooms are super clean and cozy as well - I have stayed at two different Marriotts around this area and both had a very rude staff and not clean rooms at all compared to the cleanliness here at Dynasty suites! You wouldn't think much of it from the outside, but once you get up close, you can really start to feel the charm of the place. Even the toiletries they offer shavers! The breakfast is also homemade unlike any other hotel chain like Marriott, where it's just absolutely inedible... we love this spot and will definitely be back read more

We stayed in the honeymoon suite for our anniversary weekend and I could not have been happier with our experience! The room was clean and everything was in working order. The in-room hot tubs here really are a hidden gem! The location even has a small pool and jacuzzi area with a small sauna. The free breakfast was noteworthy. They have a coffee machine to use most of the day, but at breakfast time they had hot food and plenty of options, everything was clean and well stocked. 10/10 would stay here again! read more

I would define Dynasty Suites as a "cottage hotel" which means that the rooms are not enclosed in a building and you have to drive to your room. When checking into the hotel, the employee is stationed behind a plastic barrier as a protective measure for the employee. There is a $100 deposit for the room. I liked that the hotel has a later checkout time than most which is at noon. Hotel amenities outside of the hotel rooms include a pool, a hot tub, a dry sauna, a gazebo with a seating area. Upon entering the hotel room, the window was open and air conditioner was off to let natural air into the room. There was a welcome note/thank you note on the bed from a hotel guest room attendant which was a gave a personal touch to our hotel visit. This hotel room is small but charming and contains a ceiling fan, air conditionerchair, a large TV, an electronic fireplace, a microwave, a Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed, and a mini fridge. The hotel room also has soap and lotion dispensers in the vanity sink area room and in the bathroom shower, a make mirror by the vanity sink and a anti fogging mirror inserted inside the shower. I really appreciated the toiletries basket on the vanity sink area which contains a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, disposable razor, shaving cream, comb, shower cap, make-up remover, and shoe cleaner. The bathroom is large and contains a regular light switch as well as a nightlight switch. Although the room doesn't have a removable luggage rack for suitcases, the room does have a cedar wood lined closet with space to lay your suitcase down in. As an environmentally conscious person, I was pleasantly surprised to see signage on the hotel door requesting that guests turn off all the power when leaving the room in order to save energy. Breakfast is available from 5:30am-9:00am and provides fruit, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, toast, bagels, muffins, milk, juice, and a Starbucks coffee machine. In the breakfast area, there is signage to promote social distancing and gloves are provided to hotel guests to assist with getting breakfast items. There was also a wall mounted hand sanitizer dispenser inside the br Although the hotel doesn't have a fitness center, the hotel does provide guests with a 24 hour pass to nearby Anytime Fitness which can be done by asking the front desk staff. The hotel also has a business center and a guest laundry/vending machine room. The guest laundry is open which is open from 8am-9pm. Inside the guest laundry room is a vending machine, soda machine, and ice machine. This is a perfect hotel to visit if you live in the area and want to take a staycation although I could definitely see this hotel doing well very in a colder area such as Big Bear Lake. read more

What a fantastic stay! My husband and I came here for a one night stay after our wedding yesterday (6/17) and we really enjoyed the honeymoon suite. Check in was a breeze, our room was close to the gazebo, there is a pool and sauna on site along with a putting green. The room was clean, odor free and nicely put together. The indoor jacuzzi tub was the highlight of our evening and we ordered take out from a nearby restaurant for convenience. The a/c kept our room cool, the bed was comfortable, pillows were clean and there was a ceiling mirror to top it off. We enjoyed the free breakfast of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagel with cream cheese, fresh fruit and juice. After breakfast we made coffee in our room with the coffee provided and enjoyed the hot tub one more time before checking out. The staff was friendly, property was quiet and in a very friendly commuter location. We would definitely come back for a local weekend get away. read more

This is so bad I wanna give it a 0 but it's not a option so ima give it a 1 .They give you your deposit back and then take it back days later this is the worse hotel they don't care about the customers plus there is bed bugs they took my deposit away now I'm negative on my account and they said that there's nothing that they can do about it . This is a nice hidden gem of a hotel. I recently stayed here for 2 nights, I'm a very light sleeper, I got two nights of good sleep, it seemed to be a quiet area of Redlands, I hardly heard any of the freeway noise from inside my room. Check in girl was nice and honored my request for a room upstairs. Lots of tv channels to watch from the Direct TV. Plenty of Hot water from the shower, having a fridge and microwave is nice. I found the bed to a bit firm for my taste, but honestly, I did get some good sleep for the 2 nights I was there. The Free Wi-fi was a bit slow on my laptop, but doable to check your email and basic browsing. The pool, spa and Sauna was nice to relax, with palm trees around them. On my two nights here, the other hotel guest seems to stay quiet, no partying or loud noises. I would come back and stay here again. read more

Pleasant surprise for a budget accomodation. Clean! Included was a fridge, microwave and surprisingly toiletries such as toothbrush, tooth paste, razors, shoe shine and shower caps were included. Landscaping was cute with the climbing vines and the outside gazebo was perfect to just hang out if it wasn't so windy. Lost a star for noise...ceiling fans, ac and outside car noises were a bit loud and took me a while to sleep. Other than that it's nice foe the price. read more

Pros: Safe location, comfortable beds, good shower water pressure Cons: if you're looking for a quiet place to get good sleep, do not come here. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every loud noise outside and by your neighbors. The mini fridge turns into a demon at 3am and makes the loudest noises ever, it woke me up every time. The carpet floor is filthy, they need to replace it. I brought sandals with me and the bottoms were black. Seriously, if you want to sleep good don't come here. Lots of earwigs come out at night. read more

I honestly think this is a great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed here on 3 separate occasions now as we have family in the area. We have had no issues any time we've stayed. The Tempurpedic beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are clean, heat and AC work great, free breakfast is awesome and goes until 9am, and the staff always seems nice. We were even able to get an early check-in on our last trip which was extremely helpful. I also love that checkout is 12pm. I really have no complaints about this hotel and plan to continue staying here every time we travel to the area. read more

We were in town and stayed for 2 nights. My only positive comment is the queen size bed and pillows were good. I am a light sleeper. Having the loud A/C coming on and off every 15 mins to 1/2 hr didn't help me sleep through the night. The small refrigerator would make a loud grinding noise at 4 am. Not ideal timing for sleeping puposes. We used the hot tub which was not hot at all. The jets would produce warm water for a bit but then cooler water would spray out after a few mintues. Finally my question about using the toilet. Why are most toilets in just about all hotels built maybe 3 feet high? I feel like a Sumo wrestler squating every time I have to do a number 2. I would look for other hotels in the area. read more

Hidden Gem!! The gal at the front counter was very polite. She even offered us fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The room is cozy and clean. Smells fresh when walking into the room. Bathroom also clean and toilet had a sanitized slip/wrap on it. For the price it exceeded my expectations. Be aware, It is a bit loud!! Rooms were clean and affordable. Booked 2 nights (09/10 & 09/11) because my town was evacuated due to a wildfire. On the night of the 11th it looked like I would need to stay at least two more nights, so I booked 09/12 & 09/13. About an hour or after booking we received notice by government officials that residents could return home, so I canceled the reservation. I had recently made. To my surprise, I was charged over $97 for a cancelation fee because it was within 24 hours of the arrival time. Property would not issue a refund. Very sad that they need $97 so badly that they are willing to take advantage of guests who are forced to flee their homes because of an arsonist. On the 09/14, I booked a room at a nearby competing property because officials told the residents our likely return date was 09/15. However, we were allowed to return at 2 p.m. on 09/14. The competing property refunded 100% of my booking fee and told me that I had enough things to worry about without having to stress over the cancelation fee. THAT is true guest service. read more

We received fresh baked cookies when we arrived. The price of the room was so economical for everything that you get. Rooms were nice, clean and updated. Lots of sitting areas outside. Great motel and uses cleaners that don't have harsh smells. That is important to me because I am allergic and sensitive to harsh chemicals. King Deluxe room was lovely. Only issue was the insulation. Could hear people in room above me walking. If you are sensitive, get the top floor instead. They have basket of toothbrushes, coffee, tea bags, shower cap. Non toxic shampoo and soap. And don't forget the Temper-pedic bed. Ahhhh so great! Very good place. read more

So I stayed here in the honeymoon suite on February 23rd. I booked this room specifically because I wanted to have a photo shoot in the heart shaped hot tub. Upon arrival, I was less than ecstatic to find that the lighting in the room was absolutely horrible. It looked like the bulbs were on the verge of burning out. Not sure if this was a choice to make the ambiance of the room fit the honeymoon theme, but it made everything look ugly & dim. Wish they had opted for a light switch with dimming settings instead. On the plus side, the bed was nicely made, the room was clean, & there were extra toiletries in a cute little basket in the bathroom. It had tooth brushes, tooth paste, shoe cleaner, etc. Great, I can look past the lighting situation because of this. Then, I go over to the tub & turn it on only to find a cloudy, dirty looking water start to fill up the tub. It was as if someone had not booked the room for months & there was dust & grime from the pipes coming out into the water. I let the tub fill up & drained it. The second time I filled the tub up the water was thankfully crystal clear, however the water was lukewarm at best.... Not hot at all!!! It felt pretty gross to be in there quite honestly. Next, the stopper to the tub was a thin piece of rubber that moved from its position with the slightest swish of water going over it!! The water would start to drain & when you filled it back up the water was colder & colder each time!!! It was honestly so annoying & I tried to look past it. I took a couple pictures & never got back in the tub, it was not the least bit enjoyable. It is now March 29th & I have just now gotten my refund for my $100 deposit on the room & the $50 they charge you to make sure the card on file "works"??? Like how does that make sense? If you want to make sure the card on file works, all you need to charge is $1 not $50! Makes no sense since you're going to pay the room up front before you even step in, like it makes zero sense for them to "make sure the card is good" beforehand? It was so annoying & the girl on the phone who answered when I let her know about the charge not being given back within 10 days as promised was very polite, but was not the least bit of help. She told me to contact my bank or just wait it out. What would my bank be able to do with this charge when it was still pending on the hotel's end? I have no idea why it took a month and a week to receive a refund that was promised to arrive within 10 business days. Overall, my stay here was very incredibly frustrating. I had high hopes due to how gorgeous the courtyard is, but was ultimately let down. I will say, I enjoyed the free extra toiletries in the bathroom, the free breakfast, and the clean bed. Other than that, everything was awful, stressful & ultimately unenjoyable. Sucks to say, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I really hope the owner takes this review into consideration, as the hotel has a lot of potential but needs a few things tweaked. read more

After having a HORRIBLE experience down the street at Country Inn & Suites, it was SO refreshing to be greeted by a smiling, super friendly, welcoming girl working the front desk. She gave me cookies, water bottles, an apple, and a book, all complimentary. She then informed me about the breakfast hours, along with Starbucks coffee 24/7, both also complimentary. I wish I had gotten her name, but management should take note: Whoever was working the evening shift tonight, 11/28/2023, should get a raise for her hospitality and downright pleasantness. The rooms are spotless, the bed is the most comfortable bed I've felt from a motel EVER, there is an electric heater/fireplace that is PERFECT for a cozy winter night, and the bathroom vanity is filled with a slew of complimentary products. Great find.. great price. $100 night when everything around it was super expensive or had super low ratings. We got to check in really early they had 1 room left, which was so amazing as we had food with us.. chocolate chip cookies at check in and they were amazing.. room had Tempur-Pedic bed super comfy, clean room, big screen TV with DirectTv, fridge, clean microwave, really nice. Had a mini fireplace built into the dresser that produced heat, we liked that. We will stay here again. Nice amenities for the bathroom (toothbrush, paste, razor, shave cream, shower cap, face wash, etc.) we liked that. Kleenex box even had a tissue tied in a bow?? Like how??
