    Clean rooms
    Maddie M.

My bf and I used to come here every other weekend. We Haven't been for two years, but times we did go they weren't that bad. Bed was always clean. The staff was decent. The parking was easy and the rooms were always clean. Only thing that was weird was the T.V. Was facing the side the bed instead of in front of it. Hotel is convenient because it's right off the free way & right next to shopping center with bunch food places. Our stay was always nice. We don't travel out that way anymore but if we every do again this place is one or the few hotels we choose from.

    Here's just a few examples!

Beware! This place is unclean! Gross! Stains all over the carpet, the walls are dirty and throughout this hotel it is more than gross. This can't be a hotel! Less than a motel! I would give minus 20 stars if I could!!! If you don't have COVID-19 when you check-in you'll probably have it when you leave this unsanitary establishment! This Hotel should be boarded up and condemned! The reservation name was Terri Harrison and I was her guest.

The first night I checked in I felt at home the room was clean and spotless I was very happy with the service and room no complains at all I recommend this Hotel . The Hostess Anna was very pleasant. And very helpful. I give this hotel a 5 star review.

    Stains on the floors

Country Inn and Suites has been the worst experience for my family and me. The floors were filthy, the room had a very unpleasant smell, scuff marks all over the hallway and room, access to the pool was difficult and the spa was not working. Front desk staff was not welcoming. There was also a homeless encampment outside of the hotel. The pictures on Expedia and any site are deceptive. We usually stay at Ayres which is 100% better but they were all booked so we decided to give this motel a chance but never again.

    ROACH- SO GROSS!

Well I should have looked on Yelp. I went by the reviews on booking.com and they had seriously high ratings. When we checked in and unloaded all our stuff and we're relaxing in our pajamas and everything just tired from a seriously long trip we encountered a roach. Completely mortified we call the front desk and said they couldn't do nothing about it until the next day when we can speak to a manager. We called the next day and then we're told no managers available they only work Monday through Friday. We had arrived on a Friday so we weren't checking out till Sunday so we knew we were going to have to call afterwards but they did move us to another room on Saturday. When I finally encountered a manager on Monday he could care less that we had that roach in our room in it we killed it. He said the best he could offer was 15% off Friday night only. Not acceptable I feel that we should have if not, at the very least a bigger discount. So I told him we were going to complain and post a picture online and on Yelp and he said go ahead. I said I'll be filing a complaint with the main office of the Radisson and he said okay he did not care I said me well go ahead and give us that 15%. Well we were there January 21st and left January 23rd and here it is February 15th and no 15% has been given. So we tried getting in touch with the Radisson and so far we can't even find where we can call them everything we look for is out of the country for a contact. So we may have to just do an email. But I truthfully wouldn't recommend it because the management is horrible. The pictures are so overrated. The hotel rooms that we had wear pretty much run down and old cabinets. For a hundred bucks+ a night I expected a lot better. The TV did not work at first on Friday night; it was after 11 p.m. & had to have the front desk come and forbid out the problem. It just was an uncomfortable and exhausting ordeal. Stay clear.

    Wth is this?

I waited for ten minutes to be assisted when I arrived. I paid for a suite with a kitchen but was unable to use it. There were no dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, dish soap or a rag. There was only enough coffee for one person. There were greasy fingerprints and old drips of ??? running down the surfaces of cupboards and also someone's old open candy in the drawer. Additionally there were (maybe pasta sauce) splatters on the desk and couch that were not from us. The carpet had all manner of stains from food to juice or blood or ??? The cabinets are all chipped and need wiping. All the walls were dirty, the cover-less ironing board was filthy, all the furniture had holes. And wtf is that on the curtain!? The vanity lighting points towards the ceiling which defeats the purpose of the vanity-good lighting for getting ready. The shower squirts water straight out of two holes that maybe used to be knobs and the water is difficult to regulate. The door does not close properly to lock unless you shut it hard and pull. I missed breakfast. I wanted to give one star but I have to say the bedding, shower, toilet, fridge and microwave were clean, thank you God! The common areas were clean and free parking.

I was seriously impressed with how clean and well-kept the whole property was. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, and the location was great too -- close to the Packing District, easy freeway access, and a quick Uber to the nearby casino. We did run into a billing mix-up related to Expedia, but a staff member named Ariana helped sort it out and made sure it was resolved. Really appreciated her help. One small note: our coffee maker didn't have sugar or creamer, but the front lobby had us covered, so no big deal. My only real critique isn't specific to this hotel -- it's more of a hospitality industry thing. Checkout was at 12pm and check-in at 3pm, which means guests never actually get a full 24 hours even though that's essentially what you're paying for. I'd love to see hotels move toward at least a 24-hour stay window, even if that just means pushing checkout to 1pm. Overall though, this hotel is an excellent example of what a hotel brand should be, and I hope their other locations hold to the same standard. Highly recommend.

I recommend requesting the dark roast if you like your coffee strong, their dark roast is amazing! Tifanie was very helpful during check-in and check-out and was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I do have a few complaints, which are a bigger deal for me since I had little ones with me. I requested an extra pillow and blankets for the room, but there was no staff available to bring them up, so I had to go down to the front desk to pick them up myself. Another time, when I was bathing my daughter, I noticed the conditioner was empty. I called and asked if they could refill it or bring a travel-size bottle, but again I was told I would need to come to the front desk to get it. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where I had to leave my room to get items that either weren't properly stocked or were simple requests. I also noticed one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty, and the floor near the bed was wet when we arrived. While the staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice vibe, the housekeeping team definitely needs some improvement.

I specifically chose and paid for this property expecting my confirmed reservation to be honored. When I arrived on September 5, I was told the hotel had overbooked and did not have a room for me. I was sent to Citrus Suites, a significantly less expensive property that was a downgrade from the hotel I had booked. When I arrived at Citrus Suites, I was told they were completely sold out and could not accommodate me. I then had to drive back to SpringHill Suites and explain the situation all over again. The manager on duty, Silvino Diaz, apologized and ultimately had his team locate a room at their sister property, Aloft in Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga--approximately 24 minutes away from the hotel I had originally booked and paid for. Fortunately, the Aloft staff was accommodating and I was finally able to get a room. However, I should never have had to go through three hotels to find somewhere to stay when I had a confirmed, prepaid reservation. I spoke with General Manager John Maciel on September 8. While he apologized, he could not explain how the hotel became overbooked and offered no meaningful resolution beyond an apology. The biggest issue is accountability. A hotel should not accept and confirm payment for a reservation if it cannot honor that reservation. Sending a paying guest from one hotel to another--only to discover the second hotel is also sold out--is completely unacceptable. I chose this Marriott property based on its location, accommodations, and price point. Instead, I was given a downgrade, sent to a second hotel that had no availability, and ultimately relocated more than 20 minutes away. I will not be staying at this property again, and I will be escalating this experience to Marriott Corporate. I strongly encourage management to review its reservation and overbooking procedures so that other guests with confirmed reservations do not experience the same situation. A confirmed reservation should mean exactly that--confirmed.

Here's the good: free parking. Now for the rest. Starting with security--or the lack of it. The only visible security was a guy in a security uniform wandering around the "bistro" during breakfast and staring at guests. Other than that, anyone can walk into the lobby, onto the patio, into the bar, up the elevators, and onto the guest floors. No key access is required anywhere. The Wi-Fi situation is also concerning. There's a guest network, but there are also several suspicious room-linked networks showing up. Whether they're legitimate or not, it certainly doesn't inspire confidence. The lobby bistro was disappointing. The food was bland, watery, and overcooked. When I ordered tea, it arrived in a teapot with a broken handle. Not exactly the level of hospitality you'd hope for. The elevator didn't inspire confidence either. The doors began opening before the elevator had fully stopped at the floor, which felt more alarming than convenient. The room itself was pretty janky. A decorative scarf tossed across the bed seemed to be doing a lot of heavy lifting in the design department. The bathroom sink was missing the drain cover, the bed squeaked and creaked with every movement, and the walls were paper thin. We could clearly hear the TV from the neighboring room. There's only a few tv stations and no streaming options. The second floor was noisy overall, with parking lot sounds carrying late into the night and starting up again early in the morning. If you're hoping for a good night's sleep, lower your expectations. The pool and spa area were equally disappointing. The hot tub had food and something dark floating on the surface, and children were using it unsupervised. The view from the pool isn't relaxing either--unless freeway signs are your idea of scenic. What bothered me most was how misleading the photos are. The pool looks lovely online. The room photos show bathrobes that don't actually exist. The food photos displayed throughout the hotel look appetizing and polished, while the actual meals that arrive bear little resemblance to what's advertised. Overall, the photos sell a completely different experience than the one you'll actually get. Aside from free parking, I struggled to find much to recommend here.
