Such a warm welcoming staff that made our whole trip a much better experience. We stayed here last night to get an early surgery done for our baby since we didn't want to make the 3 hr drive in the morning to get here. After his surgery it was almost 11:30 but check out was at noon (which is very generous already) so I called to see if we could stay a bit longer to keep watch of him before making the trip back home. The manager in the front was so sweet she allowed us to stay till 1 and gave him some Gatorade's for when he woke he'd have a hydrating drink. Love the at home feel here and how much she went above and beyond to keep us (and especially our little guy) comfortable in our stay. I will always recommend this place! read more

It was pretty bad. March 2024 review The hotel is unlike any other Country Inn Suites. The room itself was strange. The decorations don't match and there's an iron but no ironing board. We had water disruption and the water was shut off for couple hours but there was no phone to call the front desk. The towels are rough and personnel didn't seem to address the issue. There was construction noise early morning and it just a hot mess. Our keys didn't work after midnight and the complimentary breakfast was pretty gross. I left the issues we had with the room with my name and number. This week I got an email saying sorry they will address. It's just not a good experience and I will never stay here again. read more

Probably not the best time to be here during their renovations. The rooms and renovations are coming along fine BUT the guests are not being accommodated. Website mentions "breakfast" there isn't any breakfast available. The least they can do is provide some sort of bagged breakfast. ??? The front desk and market, are also in the area where renovations are being done and it gets pretty dusty. The items in the market area are dusty. Workers. Not too interactive with guests. They just give you your key and expect you to know where to go lol. They also don't give any kind of sympathy or apologies for the renovation dust. The girl who checked me in seemed to care more about what was going on in her phone and rushed my check-in. Where's the customer service??? Aren't they the "face" of the company? First impressions always begin with the people, I think. Getting to my room was easy. Signs to lead me there. The room itself is nice and updated. Except, the renovation isn't complete in the rooms either. Missing cupboard handles, door frame is missing doorknob metal thing, no microwave. And don't get me started on the WiFi. There isn't even a connection. They advertise FREE WIFI. You can't even find the connection under the WiFi. On none of my electronics, it wasn't pulling up. Maybe the renovations cut the cable for it or something?? Idk! Again, like I did, probably a bad time to visit this place while they're under renovations. But still, even with the front desk lady, don't think it's worth coming back because of that?! I'd recommend somewhere where there aren't any renovations going on and they still serve their "breakfast included" and "free WiFi" as advertised. read more

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life with the so called manager Jennifer who told me to my face she "doesn't care how her employees talk to guests". I called to ask if a guest (whose name was on the reservation) had checked in -- the front desk lied and said no. I drove there in person, watched the woman search the system, and she still told me he wasn't there. Minutes later, I get a FaceTime from the same guest, in the lobby, holding paperwork showing his name on the reservation. So yes, he was there the entire time, and they still denied it -- to my face, TWICE. When I confronted them about the lie, the woman at the front desk had the audacity to say, "This sounds like a personal issue" and told us we should "just break up." Not only is this gaslighting and unprofessional -- it's shady and downright humiliating. I don't know if she was covering for someone or just enjoys being messy, but this hotel is a walking red flag. Worse hotel ever. Did not notify guest regarding no water in hotel for a whole day. Asked to be moved to another hotel. They will not do it. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent service and a great location. Breakfast was very simple with yogurt, bagels and cupcakes.

My bf and I used to come here every other weekend. We Haven't been for two years, but times we did go they weren't that bad. Bed was always clean. The staff was decent. The parking was easy and the rooms were always clean. Only thing that was weird was the T.V. Was facing the side the bed instead of in front of it. Hotel is convenient because it's right off the free way & right next to shopping center with bunch food places. Our stay was always nice. We don't travel out that way anymore but if we every do again this place is one or the few hotels we choose from. read more

I'll give this hotel 2 stars because of the things like smell of the place (especially the halls), the closet doors were dirty, and not to mention the bug bites I got (2 of 4 shown in pictures; they're a lot more visible in person). I'll be honest, I didn't look into it nor investigate further because I was afraid I would discover bed bugs or something of that sort front desk was okay though; Liz was very helpful with all of my questions. The floors were filthy, the room had a very unpleasant smell, scuff marks all over the hallway and room, access to the pool was difficult and the spa was not working. Front desk staff was not welcoming. There was also a homeless encampment outside of the hotel. The pictures on Expedia and any site are deceptive. We usually stay at Ayres which is 100% better but they were all booked so we decided to give this motel a chance but never again. read more

I used to stay here weekly while doing a big job in Redlands. Loved it! It was overall clean appearance friendly staff. Clean rooms, well managed. Happy hour was always a hit. Now? Was super dirty. So many stains on the carpet. Everything I could see, inside the rooms and out! Some female at the front desk looked she was tweaking. She had no idea who the manager or owner was? Who hired you? There were homeless looking people laying in the halls. Did not feel safe at all. Also defiantly beware of the parking lot. Sketchy folks lurking around all night. First off, a $300 cash deposit for a basic room is wild from the start. I should have stopped right there, but now I understand why. They charged me $20 for a piece of dried cheese and literally a dot of hot sauce getting on a WASH CLOTH. They tried to say it was "bodily fluids." Talk about sexism, picking on the woman who's all alone. Even this aside, it smells like actual poop in the entire hotel, theres graffiti on their sign out front, they advertise having laundry but there's 1 working washer with no dryer, and I'm pretty sure the Good Nite Inn down the street has more comfortable beds for about half the price. I waited for ten minutes to be assisted when I arrived. I paid for a suite with a kitchen but was unable to use it. There were no dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, dish soap or a rag. There was only enough coffee for one person. There were greasy fingerprints and old drips of ??? running down the surfaces of cupboards and also someone's old open candy in the drawer. Additionally there were (maybe pasta sauce) splatters on the desk and couch that were not from us. The carpet had all manner of stains from food to juice or blood or ??? The cabinets are all chipped and need wiping. All the walls were dirty, the cover-less ironing board was filthy, all the furniture had holes. And wtf is that on the curtain!? The vanity lighting points towards the ceiling which defeats the purpose of the vanity-good lighting for getting ready. The shower squirts water straight out of two holes that maybe used to be knobs and the water is difficult to regulate. The door does not close properly to lock unless you shut it hard and pull. I missed breakfast. I wanted to give one star but I have to say the bedding, shower, toilet, fridge and microwave were clean, thank you God! The common areas were clean and free parking. read more

Well I should have looked on Yelp. I went by the reviews on booking.com and they had seriously high ratings. When we checked in and unloaded all our stuff and we're relaxing in our pajamas and everything just tired from a seriously long trip we encountered a roach. Completely mortified we call the front desk and said they couldn't do nothing about it until the next day when we can speak to a manager. We called the next day and then we're told no managers available they only work Monday through Friday. We had arrived on a Friday so we weren't checking out till Sunday so we knew we were going to have to call afterwards but they did move us to another room on Saturday. When I finally encountered a manager on Monday he could care less that we had that roach in our room in it we killed it. He said the best he could offer was 15% off Friday night only. Not acceptable I feel that we should have if not, at the very least a bigger discount. So I told him we were going to complain and post a picture online and on Yelp and he said go ahead. I said I'll be filing a complaint with the main office of the Radisson and he said okay he did not care I said me well go ahead and give us that 15%. Well we were there January 21st and left January 23rd and here it is February 15th and no 15% has been given. So we tried getting in touch with the Radisson and so far we can't even find where we can call them everything we look for is out of the country for a contact. So we may have to just do an email. But I truthfully wouldn't recommend it because the management is horrible. The pictures are so overrated. The hotel rooms that we had wear pretty much run down and old cabinets. For a hundred bucks+ a night I expected a lot better. The TV did not work at first on Friday night; it was after 11 p.m. & had to have the front desk come and forbid out the problem. Horrible, Horrible Place. They were kicked out of Choice Hotel Chain under the name, "Country Inn & Suites by Radisson". Renamed "Spark by Hilton". I tried to warn Hilton of Awful management who is Araceli. After checking in, I smelled cigarette smoke, was not offered another room, and checked out within 15 minutes. They refused to give me a refund, threatened to call the police, calling me names, and lying. As I was leaving, there were other guests (two different couples) outside the door who were trying to figure out what to do as they had a very similar experience as mine. Some of the reviews online sounded a little over the top and unbelievable. Since my experience, I totally believe them like the person who was kicked out in the middle of the night for posting a bad review. I have never had such a Horrible experience as this with any hotel. I filed a report with Choice Hotels, my Credit Card Company, and even the Better Business Bureau. The BBB twice reached out and no answer, the hotel I'm sure has dealt with these things many times and has the formula down to thwart everything. When reviews show 1 star and 5 stars in between, you know there are nefarious business practices being conducted. They are probably trying to scrub the awful reviews and offset them with fake ones. No matter how much they are doing upgrades, this place is still a pig stye with degenerates running the place. Homeless people set up camps all around. Scary! I'm a Hilton Honors Guest for 25 years. This definitely is not up to Hilton standards. Hopefully they will take this into account and send Araceli GM packing. read more

One of the worst places I've stayed. I could maybe handle the outdated "country" décor from decades ago, but no one loves this place or cares. Scuff marks on every wall, ripped up carpet, broken AC cover in room, ceiling fans that rattle all night, stains all over carpet, hot tub that isn't hot, pool with trash floating on top of it. Even the hot water in the bathtub doesn't get hot. My room smells like mold. Ripped up office chairs. Place doesn't feel clean. Breakfast is ok, except the scrambled eggs all almost like powdered eggs b/c they are sooooo overcooked. Please do your self a favor and stay elsewhere, otherwise you'll be resentful for paying anything to stay here. This place needs a MAJOR redo ASAP. read more

In addition, the AC/heater was not operational and after being told it would get fixed it was not. We stayed here in April 2021. We have stayed in this hotel many times, every time we visit which is two or three times a year. Unfortunately, our last visit will be the last. We went through Priceline to get a great deal on a room. This was the second time they gave us a handicapped room. It's great they offer rooms with modifications for those who need them. However everything was modified for someone in a wheelchair which was not a convenience for us as the bed was extremely low and looked to be more of a cot than a bed. The discomfort of the bed was the biggest issue we had with our stay. When we brought this up to the staff manager "Yennifer", her response was it was to be expected because we went through Priceline. She said going through Priceline always results in the cheapest room and the handicap rooms are always the cheapest. She insisted the bed was a queen when we asked if it was a full because it was extremely tiny and the mattress was extremely thin. We asked to be moved to a different room but she said we would have to go through Priceline. If someone in a wheelchair were to use the room they May have had some issues. The toilet paper holder was extremely loose and the toilet was extremely hard to flush. The room could have used updated but I never mind if the hotel room is clean. The rooms cleanliness also concerning which was never a concern in the past. As with other comments, the hotel smelled like marijuana throughout. The elevator was dirty but past stays it was dirty as well. Loud music was an issue at certain times but not overwhelmingly so. We didn't take advantage of the complementary breakfast. We did pass through and asked the man managing the breakfasts if they had any fruit(We have seen and talked to him on many stays) he abruptly asked us where our tickets were to prove we were staying and provide us the breakfast. We told him it was not a problem and we were just passing through on the way to our car and wondered what they had to offer. He again asked us where our tickets were. The attitude on this man made me feel he was not being treated well or maybe he was feeling the pressures of his job. The hotel standards have changed over the years. It was disappointing to see how things have deteriorated with this hotel. We have stayed here many times over the course of 10 years. First off, the room was so roomy and we liked the way it was set up. For 3 people, we were never in one another's way and there was so much area for us to spread our bags and belongings out. The beds were a little underwhelming but fine for our purpose of just sleeping after an exhausting day. There was a convenient kitchenette area with a small sink, cupboards, mini-fridge and microwave. The room had a couch and chair with a work desk and office chair, which was nice to relax when not in bed. The living room table did have a broken leg which was ok unless you moved it. The one issue I felt that should be addressed is the cleanliness of the room. There were some stains and dirt on walls and I felt an overall sense of dustiness, although there wasn't dust visible on the furniture. I found one dead bug which gives me the willies because I'm super freaked out by them, but it wouldn't prevent me from staying again. If I saw one live it would have been more traumatic, lol. The bathroom could use a deeper cleaning. Toiletries were provided but the body lotion smelled horrible, like it was rancid. The room was totally quiet with no outside noise or noise from other guests. We stayed in room 105 midweek. There were no offensive odors in the room and the hallways had air fresheners. There are restaurants in walking distance, including a 24 hour IHOP. We never made it there because the breakfast at the hotel was more that sufficient. I'm not sure what some of the guests who previously reviewed were unhappy with. We went to the lobby at 8 am. There was only one other guest eating and there were pans full of fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, thoroughly heated and good. There was a make your own waffle station, toast, pastries, yogurt, cereals, milk, a selection of juices, bananas, oranges, hot tea and coffee (coffee available all day). There is a dedicated attendant in the breakfast area constantly cleaning and available for any questions that come up. You're lucky to get pastries and coffee at most hotels, especially with Covid where many establishments have used as a way of getting out of providing amenities they previously did. Since checkout isn't until noon, we were able to go back to sleep for a few hours before we had to go. Beware they are strict about checkout time. We got two calls as we were leaving our room at 12:05. The young gentleman who checked us in was kind and efficient. After reading some of the previous reviews, I was anticipating the worst from a customer service standpoint and also because I booked through Priceline, but I had a pleasant experience with no hangups. He was the only one working the front desk and we were checking in right around the posted check in time but we didn't have to wait, even though he was getting phone calls on top of working the desk. We didn't have to get new keys at any time throughout our stay. This is a big deal to me that I didn't have to go back to the lobby any time because my key wasn't working. Parking was fine and close. I had asked a couple of days ago about having a banana for breakfast. The breakfast chef apologized and said they were having supply problems. No problem! The staff are wonderful, but the rooms are being neglected. The 'suite' is nothing more than a barren workplace break room with an attached bedroom and standard bathroom/shower. There was a couch and desk but no coffee table. Carpet had many stains. The lights that would come on and not pulse were searing bright pure white light. This "hotel" deserves a 1 star rating for their lack of care, filthy rooms, broken furniture, pubic hairs all over the bed sheets and bathtub, bed linens smelling like heavy perfume, a dirty diaper (yes, complete with poop in it) behind the TV console, an unopened condom package under the desk, and a microwave that doesn't work. The parking lot is nightmare as the spaces are sooo tight that a few cars were broken into. Ours just had a few scratches on either side of the doors and a dented key hole. Management refused a refund. Radisson has gone downhill and I feel this company just doesn't care anymore. Never doing business with any Radisson or their subsidiaries in the future. read more

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a hotel. I worked all weekend and just wanted a place to rest so I could finish my drive home. I arrive and ask for early check in, she said there was nothing available, which by the way there were no cars in the parking lot but ok. I then ask if I could wait by the pool until my room was ready and Araceli said, no sorry the pool is closed and you have to have a key. The pool is closed at 1:30pm on a sunny day????? And since I have already prepaid for my room why can't I just have a key to relax until my room is ready? I then have to use the restroom and I couldn't find anyone to unlock it because it was locked. I had to wait 20 minutes until she came to the front desk and finally was able to help me. What was she doing for so long? Not working that's for sure. I then go online and complained about their customer service online with the app I used book from. Instead of their staff being friendly to me to make up for their terrible customer service I was threatened. While laying down in my room I was harassed, my door was pounded on to wake me up because I wrote a complaint and the manager Araceli was on speaker phone demanding I pack up and leave or she would call the police. I had prepaid for my room. If I was given a refund I would gladly leave, but I wasn't doing anything, I was minding my own business in my room and trying to sleep. I later leave to grab some water from my car and was locked out of my room. I had to call the police to show up so I could get my suitcase out of the room. I understand they reserve the right to give service to whom they please, but to be kicked out harassed and threatened just because I complained about their customer service is uncalled for. We stayed here last night. The blow dryer didn't work. We were late for an event because hair doesn't curl when wet. Pillow smelt like nasty throw up. My booking was confirmed, went to check in, they said they are having problems with Priceline and advised me to contact them for cancellation and they will price match me if I book directly through the hotel. Just had my second stay at this hotel... Would have given it a 3 starts last time, but this place is quickly deteriorating. Who designed this place though? The basics, the tv is on the side window wall of both room types we stayed in (king and double queen). Who puts a tv on a side wall that you can barely see from the bed? There was a dilapidated Jacuzzi taking up half the living room that makes so many noises. Overall the layout is terrible, even for budget hotel standards. But here are the real issues - there was litter EVERYWHERE with overflowing trash cans and smells that would make you choke around all of the grounds. The beds and pillows are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I came home with a sore shoulder this time. there are no fitted sheets and if you move at all you find yourself waking up on the terrible mattress. so gross. truly. the rooms stink, furniture is stained, carpet needs to be replaced, and all around feels dirty. The pool needs new gunnite and the walls were flaky and covered in either algae or dirt, but needs a good acid wash at the least. Don't dare to sit on the outdoor furniture because, again, beyond repair with badly stained cushions. I know pickings are slim in Redlands for a decent hotel... but this place is not workth $40/night let alone the almost $200 we were charged. YUCK YUCK YUCK. I really wish I would've went on yelp to read reviews and seen all the pictures of how it looked inside . The first room we got was beyond horrible the floor looked like a murder scene I can't say it was blood stains but the floor had so many stains it was so gross and I felt horrible for my kids because you would want a clean room to stay in for them . Another thing the bathroom was nasty I was so upset the walls has finger prints things were put on right my son turned on sink to brush his teeth and it went straight to his chest . There's just a lot of things that need to be put together and fixed . If you have kids I don't think it's a good idea to stay there . We checked in on Aug 2,2022 to Aug 5,2022 we were very impressed by how caring the front desk employee (Anna) was on the day we checked in we have stayed at other motels in the past and never met anyone as positive and happy as Anna upon checking in and getting settled in our room I told my husband I really like Anna and her outstanding personality there was just something about that girl could tell she not only loved her job but was very passionate towards others you don't see that often I can honestly say that because of Anna we will definitely be coming back throughout our stay Anna was what my husband and I talked about with our daughter I told my husband if there were more Anna's in this world it would be a better place I can't say enough positive things about her we have since checked out and came back home and everyday we say a prayer for Anna as well as the others who work at the motel. Anna is your reading this I pray you never change who you are may God always pour his blessings upon you I must also add rooms were very clean hallways were clean in all honesty this is a very well kept motel for it being in San Bernardino county you can tell the owner takes pride in the motel beds were very comfortable I have a bad back and slept like a baby I love the fact the pillows were not flat and there were 3 pillows on each bed my husband and I have a agreed to make it a monthly mini vacation to visit Country Inn and stay at least 1-2 nights and make it our time away from the kids and grandkids To the owner thank you for having such a great motel we loved our stay we have no complaints I will recommend Country Inn too family and friends if they every need a night away another thing I loved was the fact it was very quite no one hanging outside or being loud a few years ago we stayed at the Good night inn and all night we heard people partying and walking back and forth talking loud plus we smelled the smell of smoke from them smoking thanks again for such a Pleasant staying read more
