Eos is an affordable gym that has everything you need. It has all the equipment necessary for a great workout, is open 24 hours to fit into your daily life, and offers extra amenities to help with recovery. I love EOS because of the large variety of equipment. They have machines but that's only the tip of the iceberg. Several sections with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, Trx bands, and more. They also have many different turf areas to choose from or tons of benches. While this is the perfect place for many , it is worth noting that it's pretty crowded whether you're working out at 5 am or 9pm. Everyone is very respectful with sharing equipment, but there's definitely a lot of bodies at any given time. That being said, it's a very encouraging atmosphere to see do many people locked in. They dodo offer many different classes. I love their class space and have loved the few I have tried! ***BE CAREFUL*** when signing up! What we were told by the GM (Jimmy) AND (!!) the Fitness Manager was NOT what was in the contract we signed. Yes, completely our fault! But we trusted the management who paraphrased what we signed. If you sign up for personal training, there is a SIX MONTHS commitment! We were told we needed to provide a 30- day notice. 5-30-2025- Stopped in to try a different gym- Cost for a day pass $20- but so worth it! New equipment - various areas to stretch- Lots of machines to work at.. Busy but I can see why! Music was motivating enough - got me to four miles on the treadmill and a mile on the elliptical .. Gym patrons were all different ages and abilities- Noticed one trainer was very attentive - my gym back home - you could see them on their phone not paying attention to their clients- Great music and the vibe can really motivate you.. Coming from planet fitness this gym is a definite upgrade! EOS is really huge with loads of amenities. I'll name a few of my favorites: -movie theater with equipment, -sauna, -cold plunge, -hot tub, -weight room, AND THE CLASSES! The fitness classes are worth it for me. The instructors are fun and informative. Les mills classes are a favorite! The classes get filled quite easily so you have to prebook from early. Cycling is my favorite as well! They have their own cycle room and it's awesome! Really intense and at your own pace. I scored a 4/5 because around the evening time there is not enough equipment available. It gets way too crowded and it becomes a bit distracting especially when you need cardio machines! read more

They say 7 day free pass everywhere. After a brutal 30 minute sales pitch, where they tried to get me on the max plan for not just me but wife as well, they finally settled on a 2 day guest pass. Their excuse is that they have food trucks coming Thursday so the free pass can only be 2 days. What?? I literally wouldve joined this gym had they just given me a 5 minute sales pitch and a 7 day pass to try it out. Joined this gym in pre sale after spending 20 years at la fitness with the hopes of a clean, modern, friendly place to workout with my son, wife and daughter. The doors opened about 3-4 months ago and I could not have beed happier. Pros : great open layout with varieties of free weights, hammer strength and other popular equipment to choose from. Gym is open 24 hrs daily. Staff is friendly and welcoming and it appeared from the outset this was going to be what I had hoped for. Cons: Horrible maintenance of the gym. The infrared sauna is constantly out of order, the massage chairs are always broken and several pieces of NEW gym equipment have out of order signs on them. the sauna , hot tub and cold plunge tubs have inconsistent temperatures. Add it all up and it adds up to frustration and disappointment on a regular basis. This would be a 4 or 5 star review hands down if the EOS management got these issues fixed and stayed on top of instead of passing the buck and blame. Like the gym, however, there are certainly a few issues: 1) Very crowded 2) Indisciplined members - so many sitting on equipment on their phones instead of working out and no management to police it 3) bit of a rough crowd sometimes 4) People loudly talking on their phones in the sauna, jacuzzi. Had to listen to a guy talking about fighting whilst he was in prison. Have had to endure phone calls in English, Spanish, Creole, Korean. Terrible specially in recovery areas. 5) my bar code often does not work. The backup ph numb never works. 6) the music, specially in the jacuzzi/plunge area is WAYYY too loud. 7) Lack of ant management supervision. Overcrowded!!! Seriously this is ridiculous. I get that gyms get busy but what happens here has to break some sort of fire code for the amount of people in here 24/7. Personal training - They try and rope you into 6 months and (1) 25 or 50 minute class per week. I want to do (2) 60 minute classes per week for 2 months and they literally won't take my money. One of the nicer gyms in the area. Was waiting to post this after going for a few months. The staff are all very friendly and they have been doing a good job at keeping the facilities clean and organized. It does get very busy but there are usually enough machines, bench and weights that it doesn't matter. Love all the added stuff like the cold plung, saunas, and massage chairs. I was previously going to another gym and was really excited to see this one opening up. My fiancé and I signed up before they opened and got a good price. The gym is huge and beautiful. There are so many machines that even though it gets really busy, we never really find ourselves waiting much for our turn. They have a cinema room with some cardio machines that I love and they have a row of smart machines that alter the weight of the sets based on your body. I really enjoy those and usually use at least one per visit. The staff is all really nice and helpful and we haven't had a bad experience at all! I highly recommend. read more

As far as equipment goes the gym is great. However, it is incredibly busy and if you decide that you don't want to continue you are going to end up being out of over $200, which is complete bullshit. Brand New gym... but management needs to get it together. I want to love EoS Fitness in Boynton. Its a beautiful, relatively new facility (1st anniversary will be in January), lots of potential, plenty of equipment - exactly what i look for as someone who actually uses their membership and works out consistently. But Honestly? management feels asleep at the wheel. -people with expired memberships walk right in like its an open house -massage chairs? half is out of order for weeks at a time -housekeeping is falling behind - for a gym this busy, cleanliness cannot be optional. This is high traffic gym with ton of members. If EoS cares about thriving long term location, they need more staff, oversight and consistent maintenance. Now I am stuck paying the extra money for the next 5 months because apparently they cannot downgrade it till then. I was a member of LA Fitness for about 10 years, and EOS is a huge upgrade. The Boynton located has over 10 squat racks which really sold it for me. Not to mention its 24 hours, which is just so convenient. Only reason for 4 stars is that is gets REALLY crowded sometimes. read more

Guy at front wouldn't let me in because I don't live in a 5 mile radius (like I said I live right outside of boynton IN DELRAY). Said I could pay $20 though to get in. Went there for the first time just to see what the deal was when they opened and the place looked amazing. The presentation was beautiful. Decided as of last week to go get a workout in and Katelyn (one of the trainers) DID HER THINGGG!! Like I mean from start to finish I felt the workout and felt way more energized that when I came in. My wife coined the term Ghetto gym and unfortunately there is some truth to that description. Overall, tier one equipment and low rent membership. By that I mean when you have an affordable monthly fee you have membership who do not know what it means to belong to a gym. So many members have no clue or inclination to police themselves. It's posted but not enforced, strip the bar, put your weights away, and by that I mean not dropping the plates on the floor where you can injure yourself by tripping over the plates spread around the equipment on the floor. Go over to the dumbbell rack and you will see the dumbbells on the floor, never mind the slot in the rack is right there. This gym is definitely a moneymaker, but as a gym where you will learn the proper protocol for working out and respect others by the simple wiping down of the equipment, nope. read more

I will try to be as thorough as possible so someone else does not fall victim . I've seen quite a few reviews expressing the same experience I've had since joining this gym . As someone mentioned too , i believe the first reviews are entirely by the employees of that business since Alberto Planas , the trainer who was "supposed" to assist me is amongst them . I was truly excited to join but now i would rather cancel the membership altogether . It has been nothing but a labyrinth of lies , poor customer service ; the personal training team from hell . Whole process has been a nightmare I'm glad I'm finally waking up now that I'm taking matters into my own hand . Signed up 1/31/2025 , was convinced to sign up for personal training ( even though i didn't really need it & knew better ; maybe the excitement of a new gym) Decided to come in and cancel the very next day . Spoke with Alberto Planas briefly and he reassured he will put in a request & management will cancel it . Even sent me to the front desk so the advocate can notate the account . Days later received a charge for $68 the first session . Went in again and Alberto apologized stating he made a mistake and told management i came in 4 days later instead of the next day . He showed me an email he sent clarifying all this and assured me it would be handled . Well since then i have been charged two more sessions $68 each & have been to the gym several times and called as well. To the point where i ended up having a bit of spat with the "MANAGER" Frank because he repeatedly lied and stated the same thing! That i came in days later and the request cannot be honored . Later in the call stated the request is in process . WHICH ONE IS IT FRANK ? Just a web of lies . Decided to give them one last chance and visited the gym 3/23/2025 to see if we can resolve it once and for all before taking matters into my own hands. Frank the manager couldn't even look at me or greet me properly . How are you the one pressed when I'm the one being robbed ? Just unprofessional. Alberto had me scan a QR code to submit the "cancellation request" again and the millionth time reassuring me it was cancelled . I have not received an update within the promised 48hours. Overall i fear the game is to charge the member for as long as possible while upholding the hope of actually being helpful and working on the cancellation . The end game is to eventually let the member know there is nothing they can do but they can use the sessions they've already been robbed for . I have even researched online with EOS & seems members have to sign their name in blood and sell their souls to cancel a membership. Why start of the business this way ? Why not be honest and let the member decide if they want to be a part of this circus ? The entire corporation ABC fitness seems to be unethical and they have found "legal" ways to take advantage of peoples hard earned money . Like 50c said " The real criminals are the ones in the suits and ties . The ones behind the " LEGAL" paperwork. The terms and conditions .They claimed my account did not exist until i persisted . At some point they located me and at another point claimed my account was under another person "Craig" Who is that ? . Just type in EOS SCAM on google , the threads on different sites about personal experiences with this gym is scandalous . There is truly nothing you cannot learn yourself esp with YouTube and many other social platforms and a determined spirit . Most of these trainers are probably not truly certified and use ChatGPT or google to come up with the simplest "nutrition" and workout plan . They wont honor your request to cancel even if it is before the 3 days grace window so why sign up at all . They literally see you and ignore you knowing they are wrong . They have been immature , insensitive and disrespectful. I'm disappointed in Myself. I usually have discernment and i guess i just let the excitement of a new gym opening get to me . Overall as people we should handle others better ; whether individually or a business. You do not know what people are going through . Many come to the gym for all sorts of reason . I was so excited when this gym first opened! It's close to my house, 24/7, has great amenities,etc. For the most part, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, very helpful as well. But for some reason the management team has such a strange attitude. I have never met so many people from management that caused me a problem at a gym before. I wish I had gotten everyone's name before i left tonight. The woman at the front was telling me and my brother multiple times that we had to sign in and take pictures. We were already waiting in line to do this... My brother is particular about taking pictures and was my guest so he asked not to have his picture taken, when the manager gave the most corporate remark about how he HAD TO (even though we'd been going the whole week, granted they've only been open a week). Once we were in, we had an enjoyable and great workout. The equipment is all great and we enjoy it very much!! In the sauna, a man manager came in to ask us about the sauna to which a few of the guys noted that the sauna wasn't hot enough and provided feedback. The man proceeded to state more corporate remarks and stating that corporate had to approve the heat and any change made, which seemed odd. He then continued to answer questions for others and began to make very snarky remarks to some of the other members which we thought were incredibly rude and inappropriate. Saying marks such as "well exercising will also help you slim your waist down" to a man who was explaining the importance of the sauna as part of his workout. He also made a comment to my brother for wearing slides in the sauna when the sign on the door specifically said "no tennis shoes". It is just quite appalling that a place that seems to be of such a high caliber and is BRAND NEW would choose these people to be a part of their management team. I'm open to changing my review but in the first week of opening after waiting months... it's really disappointing and doesn't motivate me personally to come to the gym when you're being pestered at the beginning and end. Gio staff member called the cops on me. I was working out and I look up and it's Gio pointing at me with 4 police officers. He told them I was trespassing but that was a lie because 1. He held the door for me and my family as I walked in and I thanked him. 2. I checked in at the front desk and my guest with the receptionist. Now apparently I am banned from all EOS. There were no managers present. He told them the male manager also told me and my family we were allowed to come back but that also was a lie. Because cops were present and I am a woman, I did not want to be harmed so I left. Husband and I joined together in Jan (pre-opening) with intent to make this a long term membership (we do not "gym-hop" and have been working out together for many years.) In Feb when the center opened, we soon realized the sound system is played so loudly that it triggers a painful inner ear condition for my husband, such that he cannot use the center at all. Husband had to cancel his membership right after joining, as a result. We asked that the annual fee and monthly membership fees be refunded. The company was unwilling, despite the circumstances. This poor experience cost us not only in husband's physical discomfort, but nearly $140.00. We are sorry it happened. The sound selections played in the center are unpleasant, to the extent of oppressive, and are played very, very loudly. Members wear air pods / headsets. We all listen to our own individual choice of audio. Quite frankly, no sound actually "needs" to be played at all in the center. Nonetheless, by simply lowering the volume the staffers could create an enjoyable experience for members and folks like husband and I would be happy to continue working out together there as long term paying customers. We asked that the sound be lowered, but the staffers were not empowered to do even that. We will re-repatriate to our former fitness center. Moral of the story: Jump slowly: Not all that glitters is gold. read more

Place is always crowded and can barely find parking despite having a pretty large parking lot. They tell you can cancel online and when you try it does not work. The staff is not as friendly as the fake reviews want to convince you (fake positive Google reviews). Just know that yes is a new gym with nice shiny equipment, but because of the low entry price and oversold memberships, the place is just not worth it if you want to avoid packed gyms. read more
