Pros: not very busy, good for people who aren't worried about building muscle and just want to do like, cardio. Clean, nice staff, interesting art at front desk. Cons: limited free weights, less than ideal plates, poorly designed freeweight equipment, limited hours on weekends.

I could be wrong. However, there is no free weight bench press but a machine rather. The barbell section has about 5 adjustable back benches. Those were good for free weights for chests. One big double cable section. With each stand having cabled weights for cheat flies. Tricep pulls down rope. Ans plenty of handles. Pull down bar, row bar, and straight bar. Then there are 30 or so various machines. The energy of the building as a whole is low compared to other PFs. But thats because of the type of people or time of day. I went 8-10 AM Everyone was nice and also wiped cleaned seats and re-racked weights. There is also a whole section at the end dedicated to stretching, light weight, warm up/down, yoga. They have a couple mats but I would bring your own. Kohls and TJ Maxx always have cheap ones. Tip- going to be quick? There is an express workout area for 30 minutes and under.

I hadn't done any form of exercise in years and was in BAD shape. I was nervous to even go in let alone actually work out. That first class was with Coach Daniel and there was only 1 other guy there. It was an incredibly challenging workout... I almost puked. But Daniel was cool to me and made me feel welcome and I've always liked boxing as a sport so I signed up. As I continued to show up, I got to know all the coaches and some of the members and I started to feel a sense of community there. That was important to hold me accountable and keep me from quitting. Years later, I've fought in one of their Member Fight Nights, I look, feel, and carry myself completely different, and I'm still showing up. The whole team there is great, but extra shoutout to coach bam who has been my trainer for the past year and has helped me so much. In summary, this is a great well-maintained gym with beautiful equipment, accommodating class schedules, and knowledgeable coaching.
