The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

From our first conversation, Jasper took the time to walk us through his portfolio and explain the different types of concrete, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We hired Cure-Rite Concrete for two major projects. The first was installing a brand-new three-car driveway with additional sidewalks and replacing the damaged concrete supporting the pillars of our garage apartment. The second project required them to travel nearly 20 miles to my parents' home to replace an aging boardwalk with a slanted cement walkway leading to the entrance, and to bulldoze a 50-year-old cement-and-brick pillar to make room for a small side patio. Their crew worked seamlessly across both properties, and impressively, both projects were completed within a week and done beautifully. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, but Jasper and Cristian were quick to respond and addressed every issue promptly and professionally. If you have a project involving new cement, do yourself a favor and hire Cure-Rite Concrete. In fact, my parents were so pleased with the results that they're planning to hire them again to install a cement back patio, a side patio, and to replace their old two-car driveway. Sergio came our, quoted the job and told us about his business and after comparing the quotes we realized that Sergios was very competitive. So we hired him and his team. They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. The original bid was 26k but by November, Ruben the contractor & owner was stating he needed more (he "misfigured" the quote and forgot to add the cost of doors and windows. W standard doors and 3 windows raised my project by 4k. By the end of September, RG Concrete was paid in full but the work was 50% complete. Delay after delay and excuse after excuse. The work that was completed was subpar at best. After demanding a completion by the end of October that did not happen - we filed in small claims. I had to hire another contractor to fix the work RG Concrete performed as well as finish it. Once we arrived in court, Ruben was very untruthful throughout the proceedings. The judgement went in our favor - but to wait years for a resolution is no fun. Choose someone else.
