He initially responded within a day or two. Then after 2-3 email exchanges, he decided not to respond anymore in spite of many attempted communications from our part. Only thing I can surmise from the silence is that it is too much trouble to answer questions such as how much the price would change if we deleted one part of the project, and when he could start on the project. His crew showed up everyday at 7:15 and other than stopping for lunch they worked non stop until 4:30. There was approximately 300 sq ft of pavers that had to be pulled up because tree roots were making the pavers uneven plus they were caving in due to the type of sand that was originally used. I highly recommend this company for their work ethic and honesty. my patio looks better than ever. I also had them work on cleaning out my flower bed and putting in 7 Azaleas and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
