Then they do a QA call, then double the original amount, make you sign a whole new contract for that and get another deposit from you and will not return your second deposit although it's within the new contract period. Customer service rep stated "we already have your bank account information and it will be charged regardless of your cancellation notice" They also will not disclose what movers they work with. They are extremely deceptive in their business practices... will not give you a solid pick up date nor solid time when your belongings will be shipped. The company owner Donald Lina and his employees are extremely deceptive. The company was just established in March of this year and has so many complaints. If I had seen these complaints before I started booking with them I would never booked! Hopefully this saves someone else from losing money from them.

Problems arose, a seller who refused to leave after settlement, Roofer's beginning their tasks and blocking driveways on our original move date, a house that hadn't been cleaned in 40 years, a building requiring reservations for an elevator while the office was closed... and much more! But these issues were no match for Robin and company. They single handedly and rather calmly tackled each task with professional leadership and great tact. SCAM!!! - The Worst Moving Experience I've Ever Had!!!…read more This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in my life. Established Moving & Storage completely destroyed my LG OLED TV -- a high-end television worth over $2,000 -- and left me stuck replacing it out of my own pocket. The screen is ruined and the TV is no longer operable. Their "solution"? Push me off to their insurance company who offered me $98. Ninety-eight dollars. For a $2,000+ TV they damaged!! And the way they handled it afterward was even worse. I called over and over trying to speak with a manager. Every single time I was told, "Someone will call you back." Not once did anyone follow up. Multiple messages. Multiple employees. Zero accountability. It became very clear they were just telling me that to get me off the phone. During the move, the workers were moving at a snail's pace, joking around and laughing while I was being billed hourly. I was charged for time that absolutely did not reflect professional, focused work. When you're paying by the hour, dragging things out matters. This company does not take responsibility when they damage your belongings. Once they have your money, you're on your own. If something valuable gets broken, don't expect meaningful help, don't expect urgency, and definitely don't expect them to make it right. Now I'm out a $2,000 LG OLED and shopping for a replacement because of their negligence. If you care about your belongings, avoid this company!
