Then they do a QA call, then double the original amount, make you sign a whole new contract for that and get another deposit from you and will not return your second deposit although it's within the new contract period. Customer service rep stated "we already have your bank account information and it will be charged regardless of your cancellation notice" They also will not disclose what movers they work with. They are extremely deceptive in their business practices... will not give you a solid pick up date nor solid time when your belongings will be shipped. The company owner Donald Lina and his employees are extremely deceptive. The company was just established in March of this year and has so many complaints. If I had seen these complaints before I started booking with them I would never booked! Hopefully this saves someone else from losing money from them.

Not having the stress of packing helped, and they even told us, "Just relax, we've got this." Our apartment complex had an elevator, and the day they came to move, it was broken. Understandable that it took a little longer to get everything down from the second floor. However, when packing, they haphazardly threw things into the boxes, damaging many of my wife's shoes and destroying items by placing toilet bowl cleaner at the top of a box, which spilled onto everything below it. They damaged a hutch. When asked about the damage, they referred us to their insurance, which offered us $48 for the hundreds of dollars' worth of damaged items. On top of that, we got hit with an extra $700 in labor costs because our apartment complex elevator was broken. I would not recommend them to anyone after this, and stay away.
