Yesterday hopefully was the last move of my life and I didnt even move anywhere. Go figure! I sold my dads house that was a hoarders nightmare but the hoarding was all collectables and some newspapers and old magazines but mostly collectables. I had them move half of my apartment a few months ago and again they were just great! They are quick. The men are nice! They wrap all the furniture! Greg, who I call now, is super sweet! I needed a last minute moving company, like 48 hours last minute, after I had to cancel the previous company because of horrible service (that's a separate review). Not only did Jeff and Jennifer give me incredible customer service but then JC and his team of Patrick and Luna showed up and worked non-stop for 3+ hours, caring for my items, helping me with last minute changes and were professional. The bill was reviewed again with me before they left and they earned - and deserved - every penny! Arrived a little early which was great. JC, Joe, and Patrick walked in and immediately started wrapping furniture and hauled it to the truck, secured it to the walls. 100% of our items arrived without incident and they are fast. These gentleman are professional movers & I know this bc a week earlier we took delivery from a consignment store and those guys look like clowns by comparison. It's back breaking work regardless who you work for, point is, these White Lion men have SKILL. And MANNERS. Never once did they complain moan or groan, point made bc the other guys did, & made me sign a waver & then damaged the walls. I didn't get a chance to use this moving company as the salesman that came to our home for an estimate was not wearing a mask and didn't even attempt to put one on before stepping into our foyer to introduce himself. I haven't let anyone into my home without a mask since the pandemic started so I can't understand why a person whose job is to go into multiple homes or businesses every day wouldn't already be wearing a mask. I reached out to White Lion from Michigan because I had to vacate a rented condo in Deerfield Beach within a few days. I also needed someplace to store everything until my husband and I can return to Florida. Jennifer contacted us and immediately reassured me that she would take care of everything. Worst movers I've ever used and the most expensive. Damaged a lot of furniture and broke many items... one guy spent most of the time on his phone while I was charged for ever minute they wasted even the time they spent getting lost. Horrible. Do not use these movers. I originally planned my move for the weekend But was rushed into moving days ahead of schedule. Then charged extra for the boxes and time needed to get everything ready in time to move. When the origin schedule would have saved me money. Not to mention the hassle of rushing things. So many excuses on their part. But customer satisfaction isn't their number one concern. That would be a healthy profit margin instead. Of course, I attempted to straighten all of this our as it unfolded and no one cared to correct the problem nor charge accordingly. Instead we were gouged with an outrageously high bill regardless of the many many plant mistakes and disregards for my time and monetary expenses. Now that you are worried about your precious reputation and people knowing the truth of your actual contempt for customer satisfaction... you one again feign concern... Simply not enough to cover the damage done nor the loss of time and expense to me and mine. So why should I bother to waste any more of my effort upon you? I recently moved from Broward Co to Palm Beach Gardens. Had more than a few estimates and decided on White Lion. I put down a $100 deposit. They worked with me on scheduling well and had a final price within a range of a few hundred dollars. I informed them that I was not going to go over this price as it had already exceeded several other vendors that I considered and they agreed. We had packed many boxes and labeled them already and it helped greatly as they finished on time, had an overnight and arrived as schedule Saturday at noonish. Toward the end of unloading, things started to drag out but ultimately it was complete, better than average or anticipated. The driver asked for the balance and it was over the max I had agreed to based on my calculation. So he contacted his office. I spoke to one of the managers and she agreed with my price. I wrote a check and they left. I realized that I forgot to subtract my deposit of $100.00. I waited until early the following week and left a message. Later I contacted the sales person and she said she would make sure it was returned. Three months later and no return of my deposit. ------ 10/03/19 - Update and change to stars! I did receive a call from White Lion regarding my deposit and after they checked their records and I did the same, it was clear that the $100 deposit was never applied and no money was charged. I called White Lion and informed them that my records also indicated that the $100 deposit was not charged. I thanked them for following up and clearing my error. Given that update, I would definitely use White Lion Moving again and find them to be very honest and helpful even when the customer was in error. It is comforting to know that the owners care about the customer. Keep that in mind when making your next choice. read more

I did quite a lot of research before choosing White Lion. From the very beginning they were the friendliest and most accommodating people. I just got a very secure feeling about them so I hired them. On the day of my move several unforeseen events happened to the company and the moving men that were involved with my move. This caused problems in that the move took longer than it should have, but the movers still finished the job only 15 minutes late. I moved antique pieces and I have to say that the wrapping and packaging of the furniture was extremely well done. Nothing broke and everything was moved and remained in excellent condition. The owner even took off some money from the price of the move because of the problems that day. All I know is that if you want to know that your "stuff" will be protected well for your move I highly recommend White Lion and I will be using them again if and when I move in the future. Now that we are moving again we thought of them of course, but also thought to contact a couple other companies to obtain comparative prices.
