One of the techs was rude at first to his. Like we were bothering him. He was annoyed. We entered the lobby and waited and the manager, Brian Worley, came to assist. He was incredibly professional and helpful and polite and reassuring. I was relieved bc when we first arrived, the tech wasn't like this. The next day, a tech Brandon came to our hotel and replaced our windshield. I was impressed with how confident he was.
