2006 Pilot got banged up and would have been totaled if we went through insurance but we found Steve's and fixed what little was wrong with it easy peasy. I had some front end damage to my tundra but was on a budget and couldn't afford to fix it like before the collision. So most places would waste their time on me. The people here really know what they're doing and are extremely good at their jobs. Reed (Not sure if that's how it's spelled) helped me through the process of repairing my bumper/some features by my wheels and was extremely kind and helped me a tremendous amount. He is a great employee, and I didn't have much interaction with the other employees but the small ones I did have were still extremely positive. I will definitely return to this place should I need more fixes in the future as their pricing is great and their services are amazing. My car looked good as new when they were done with it. Walked in to Steve's in November and had an issue with running into some tire debris on the freeway, Reed( I Believe) took a look at my situation and within a few minutes took my vehicle in the shop and began to work on my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Steve's after deciding I wanted a second opinion. I was rear-ended by someone who was texting and driving...their insurance company quoted a refinishing and paint job for my bumper and wrote me a check, basically shooing me away. I was skeptical that they had not deemed my bumper a loss, so I took my car to Steve and he took one look and told me I needed a whole new bumper! Steve not only got me a factory bumper, he took care of the insurance company for me. If that wasn't enough, Steve offered to drop me off to the car rental place nearby because it was going to be a 30 minute wait until they could pick me up. I had my car hit and needed body work so I decided to bring it here, of course because of the great reviews it had but I must say, I tried it myself and these guys are amazing. If you have ever dealt with insurance adjusters (first time for me) they are just awful, but Steve and everyone there worked really hard to make sure I get the best parts and care for my car. The insurance adjustor kept pushing for the lowest quality parts but they truly worked on my behalf and got me the best. They truly don't work for anybody but for you! My car looked perfect once the job was complete, done in a timely manner and more than anything, they kept me well updated throughout the job. I came to steves shop to get my camaro spoiler painted. I got it painted for a good price and was very happy when i got it. I was handed it right outside my trunk and carefully placed it in the trunk with a blanket and bubble rap around. I did not touch anything with it and i drove down the road less then a mile without it moving at all. I then got out to glance it at a friends house and lifted up the bubble rap a tiny bit immediately i noticed a scratch on the top edge in the open area of my trunk where absolutely nothing could have touched it. I then replaced the bubble rap and drove home because i got called in for work. Then i called them right before and all i could get offered was touch up paint which would not look good on it and my only other option was to get it fully repainted and cost more then i already paid. They fully dismissed the idea that maybe they didnt see it because it is hard to see unless it is bright and said it was my fault for this when there was no possible way that I scratched it as they watched me place it in the trunk and there was nothing any where near it and i did not take it oht before noticing the scratch . So im left with to either deal with a scratch on my brand new spoiler or pay over 200$ to get it painted again. Waisted money and time read more
