A dealership is a dealership is a dealership. Even in small town they are always the same. Say or do anything to get your money. That includes service. Had new tires put on the mower I purchased at this dealership. In the process they bent one of the rims. When I brought this to the dealership they asked if I had taken before pictures that showed that they were in good shape? I was sickened to my stomach. read more

First I bought a new x one it cut like shit then they convinced me to trade it for new super z with 50 hours it cut little better but still sucks on native grass they both cover u in grass when mowing native grass so u get all itchy my 7 year old 4k $ fastrax cuts way better even with dull blades old cub cadets cuts better even 7 yard old Mavick with old blades with 600 hours cuts better than a new hustler and the cheap new hustlers mowes are made super cheap/falls apart I will never buy another new hustler I have 20 year old super z that's way better when the new motor wants to run right read more

Absolutely a pleasure to do business with these guys. I've used them several times to have chainsaw blades sharpened and then my saw took a dump. They diagnosed the problem (for a small fee in advance) and came to the same conclusion that I anticipated. After determining that the cost of repair was almost what I had paid for it new they sold me new Husqvarna chainsaw that is much better than my old one. Price was $100 less than the Echo that I had AND the saw is better AND more powerful AND they applied repair fee to the price AND they doubled the factory warranty. Also very important, all of the guys treated me fairly and professionally. I will always shop here first when buying lawn equipment of having any repairs done even though I live 20 miles away in FW where there are many closer choices. Thanks to everyone at ATS. read more

I took my zero turn mower to have it serviced. I was told that they didn't service my brand mower. When I told them that they serviced it the previous year, I was told that their policy changed and that they only service mowers that were purchased directly from them. I guess they have enough business that they can turn away potential customers. Not a good business model! If a customer walks in the doors you should make every effort to accommodate them. Then they will probably make their new mower purchase from you vs the competitor. Instead they were happy sending me to Maxx Outdoors. Any future purchase will be made at Maxx outdoors. read more

Jory with ATS is amazing. We bought our Hustler Zero-turn from another dealer before moving to Weatherford. After taking it to the other dealer, it never seemed quite right.
