He loaded my VW Golf and secured it quickly and efficiently. At the auto repair shop Don unloaded the VW and prepared the invoice. I paid him with a credit card and he gave me the receipt, marked 'paid.' I told him that while I appreciated the quality of his service I hoped we would not be doing business again.
