The tools clearly are normal wear and tear. They broke in three weeks time and she still would not replace them. I would stay away from the Medina Harbor freight because they clearly do not know what they are doing. I think somebody needs to train these girls behind the counter a little better. I went to another harbor freight and Akron and they replaced them with no problem. Just beware of Medina Harbor freight.

I got a $35 vape and a $20 bottle of salt nic juice. That would've normally costed me $55 but with rewards it got knocked down to $45. So you can save some money. You just need to spend money to get points however. But considering that's my go to vape shop that I visit regularly racking up points isn't an issue.

The experience started to unravel after being told on more than one occasion that the designer would be off for a month or so delaying the progress. After the return of the designer, it was apparent that she was inexperienced and needed insight from the customers (but very pleasant). In addition to this issue, I was over billed and had to stop a large unauthorized debit from being withdrawn from my bank account. Unfortunately, the company was found to be unprofessional (poor customer service (with interactions with the owner), scheduled appointments that ended up as no-calls, no show). Please do your research before choosing an interior designer.
