Bauer was extremely rude, demeaning, and angry bc he was called out for these multiple attempts at padding my invoice. He got away with the bulk of it by refusing to allow me to pay what was agreed and wouldn't return my vehicle though i'd driven 4 hours to pick it up on Christmas Eve. I did what I knew how to do, replaced o rings, recharged it etc, and that kept it going a little longer, but eventually it just went kaputski. Call early on a Thursday morning to say that I want to bring the car in, but need it back in time to take a road trip next week. Drop off 8am. By 9am I have a diagnosis. It's a bad diagnosis, but it's accurate - my compressor died. They get the part and have it done and ready for pickup by 12:30 the same day. Is their rate a little higher than some other shops? Sure. But you can have your choice of two of the three: cheap, fast, good. These guys are fast and good. I can't sing these folks praises enough - and as someone who loves my car, I do not trust it to many places preferring to do maintenance and simple fixes myself. Gary and his team are amazing.
