Did not provide a ceiling fan rated workbox where requested. Did not provided receptacles where requested. Did not provide three-way switches where requested. Did not provide switch-operated receptacles where requested. Installed ceiling fan as requested, but fan now has a short and fan shuts off.

Today, we called them out on a 106 degree day because our air stopped working. It was the thermostat, which had been installed by them a year ago. They replaced the thermostat and did not charge us a cent for the service call or the replacement thermostat. Their work is impeccable, they back their services and equipment, and are courteous and professional.

The next day, the issue had come up again, not even 12 hours later! He came back out and charged us again! $300 (which was 1/2 off because we paid cash, again, no consistency with pricing) but there was a warranty that stated "If within the Guarantee Period a drain stoppage or other defect in the repair of plumbing fixtures plumbing parts installed by Top Tier Plumbing Inc. occurs, Top Tier Plumbing Inc. will clear the drain stoppage, or repair or replace (at Top Tier Plumbing Inc.'s option) the plumbing fixture of plumbing part previously installed at no cost to the customer...", if there were any exclusions that would void my warranty, they did not mention that to me and since the issue occurred less than 24 hours of them fixing the initial issue, I'm not sure how long the warranty is even valid for and none of that was made clear to me as the customer. So now, at this point, we've already paid TWICE for the same issue to be fixed and then the issue came back AGAIN on the third day. I contacted Taylor and he said he'd come by again and he never showed up. I had to call him again the next day to remind him and he thanked me for reminding him, which tells me that he forgot that he had to come the day before! At this point, I had someone else come out and fix the issue but asked Taylor if he could still come to discuss the second charge we had since there's a warranty (on the receipt) and it hadn't even been 24 hours but he said there was no warranty and still never came by. Not happy with the service or customer service I received and we lost out on a lot of money. ---------------------------------------------- JULY 27 I would say: You never returned a third time, that's absolutely not true. Please provide written proof that you came back a third time at no charge. I called asking when Taylor would come back and he said "thanks for reminding me" and still never came back! We also have a ring camera and can show there is no one coming back from top tier plumbing a third time. Even though the second time you came out on a holiday, it was still less than 24 hours after the first time and it wasn't told to me or stated in the warranty that if you have to come out on a holiday, the warranty is void and we'd be charged at a discounted rate.... It's still not fixed still leaking everywhere City of Modesto came twice checked with cameras he showed me he told us everything looks good and said i wouldn't spend a dime on this your company wrote us a estimate for $3.000 plus we are seniors please don't break our arm n leg the only thing I'm really upset about not even 12hrs got same problem you guys charged my kids more money $312 some change This is not fair @ all i even talked to few people from city explaining them what's going it shouldn't be a next charge now 3rd time more money...

We purchased this unit through a company from the Central Valley, and now this company merged with Local Hero Home Services. Scott and Justin were very pleasant to work with, stayed positive while troubleshooting the issue last week. They ordered the parts needed to fix it while keeping us updated throughout the process. We live in Concord, CA, and it gets very hot out here. Once they ordered the parts, they scheduled a follow up appointment ASAP. They were able to come in and fix the problem, and install a surge protector to make sure that our solar panels do not cause disruptions with the HVAC unit.
