I was working with Taylor from Top Tier Plumbing on fixing issues with our plumbing system that was backing up our toilet and sink. He came out and checked the issue and at first quoted me $1500 then went down to $800, not sure how there was such a difference in cost but anyway, we paid the $800 to have the issue fixed and everything seemed fine. The next day, the issue had come up again, not even 12 hours later! He came back out and charged us again! $300 (which was 1/2 off because we paid cash, again, no consistency with pricing) but there was a warranty that stated "If within the Guarantee Period a drain stoppage or other defect in the repair of plumbing fixtures plumbing parts installed by Top Tier Plumbing Inc. occurs, Top Tier Plumbing Inc. will clear the drain stoppage, or repair or replace (at Top Tier Plumbing Inc.'s option) the plumbing fixture of plumbing part previously installed at no cost to the customer...", if there were any exclusions that would void my warranty, they did not mention that to me and since the issue occurred less than 24 hours of them fixing the initial issue, I'm not sure how long the warranty is even valid for and none of that was made clear to me as the customer. So now, at this point, we've already paid TWICE for the same issue to be fixed and then the issue came back AGAIN on the third day. I contacted Taylor and he said he'd come by again and he never showed up. I had to call him again the next day to remind him and he thanked me for reminding him, which tells me that he forgot that he had to come the day before! At this point, I had someone else come out and fix the issue but asked Taylor if he could still come to discuss the second charge we had since there's a warranty (on the receipt) and it hadn't even been 24 hours but he said there was no warranty and still never came by. Not happy with the service or customer service I received and we lost out on a lot of money. ---------------------------------------------- JULY 27 I would say: You never returned a third time, that's absolutely not true. Please provide written proof that you came back a third time at no charge. I called asking when Taylor would come back and he said "thanks for reminding me" and still never came back! We also have a ring camera and can show there is no one coming back from top tier plumbing a third time. Even though the second time you came out on a holiday, it was still less than 24 hours after the first time and it wasn't told to me or stated in the warranty that if you have to come out on a holiday, the warranty is void and we'd be charged at a discounted rate.... It's still not fixed still leaking everywhere City of Modesto came twice checked with cameras he showed me he told us everything looks good and said i wouldn't spend a dime on this your company wrote us a estimate for $3.000 plus we are seniors please don't break our arm n leg the only thing I'm really upset about not even 12hrs got same problem you guys charged my kids more money $312 some change This is not fair @ all i even talked to few people from city explaining them what's going it shouldn't be a next charge now 3rd time more money... read more

They charged me three grand to do work I didn't need and didn't fix the problem, until I held their feet to the fire, whereupon they finally did a chewing gum fix on the real problem. Also, one of the guys mocked me for being a Native American citizen of the Muscogee Nation. (Like, "Hey! how are ya, hey! how are ya...".) I was also told by them that at least two of them were evangelistic ministers. I'm a minister of my church and resent them looking down on me. While washing clothes we started to get major water in the bathroom floor. We were convinced there was a burst pipe under the slab as the wall was not wet between the bathroom and laundry room. We called Top Tier Plumbing and Lance instantly calmed the situation, ensuring that no matter what the problem was Top Tier would figure it out. Taylor and Beto showed up within an hour and began to professionally inspect the situation. After about 20 minutes of checking different things they determined it was not a pipe but the washing machine.
