They charged me three grand to do work I didn't need and didn't fix the problem, until I held their feet to the fire, whereupon they finally did a chewing gum fix on the real problem. Also, one of the guys mocked me for being a Native American citizen of the Muscogee Nation. (Like, "Hey! how are ya, hey! how are ya...".) I was also told by them that at least two of them were evangelistic ministers. I'm a minister of my church and resent them looking down on me. While washing clothes we started to get major water in the bathroom floor. We were convinced there was a burst pipe under the slab as the wall was not wet between the bathroom and laundry room. We called Top Tier Plumbing and Lance instantly calmed the situation, ensuring that no matter what the problem was Top Tier would figure it out. Taylor and Beto showed up within an hour and began to professionally inspect the situation. After about 20 minutes of checking different things they determined it was not a pipe but the washing machine. This was a major relief as we envisioned tearing floors out and there was no fee from Top Tier. Each person we dealt with was courteous, professional and great to work with. No.2 Tayler is the guy who deserves a specific review however the company has been pleasant to work with No.3 When I say he's trustworthy and worth having come out I'm telling you he's TRUSTWORTHY AND WILL COME OUT TO YOUR RESCUE No.4 He made time in his day that his schedule lady said it would be impossible to try to us into to accommodate my family's schedule but said she would squeeze us in for a free estimate No.5 Tayler reached back out to me after said interaction stating "When there's a WILL there's a way." He not only came out for a free estimate that was a better price than all the other people who have been raping our wallets No.6 He's respectable, informative, genuine and funny on top of it all No.7 He was knowledgeable about all aspects of our current remodel instead of "just" plumbing which ended up being a huge blessing as we now know more than we did before he came.
