Since that initial visit in November , we hadn't had any issues at all. Recently, with the ice and bad weather, my son's bumper came off and the car began having issues and wouldn't move. We had it towed to Jose early Sunday morning, and by Monday morning he had already diagnosed the problem. Once again, he was quick, thorough, and incredibly professional -- sending a detailed video explaining and showing exactly what was going on. Jose's honesty and integrity truly set him apart. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, especially for someone like me who isn't very familiar with car mechanics. How is it a non dealership shop this more expensive than a dealership? The belt tensioner from Chevy for them costs $262. If I buy it from the dealership it's $392. Tell me how this shop initially wanted to charge me over $750 for that part? About a 3x markup. How they treat you as a person is good, as it should be. But how they treat your wallet, that's a different story. You're better off going to the dealership than going here. This was such a frustrating experience.
