How is it a non dealership shop this more expensive than a dealership? The belt tensioner from Chevy for them costs $262. If I buy it from the dealership it's $392. Tell me how this shop initially wanted to charge me over $750 for that part? About a 3x markup. How they treat you as a person is good, as it should be. But how they treat your wallet, that's a different story. You're better off going to the dealership than going here. This was such a frustrating experience.
