The quality of the work is excellent. Special mention of Mr Anthony. He speaks fluent English which helped in communication. Without his presence it was a bit hard communicating. He is extremely polite and also helped with gutter adjustments while "work in progress" many times till I was completely satisfied after the wood replacements were done. That required screwing and unscrewing multiple times with patience. I am completely satisfied with the job.

Nothing in the contract states that they would not honor their contract and fix the obvious defects. Some cracking spans entire window lengths (greater than 9 feet and is deep). The contract specifically states that "workmanship will be in accordance with Quality Builder Warranty Corp pg 24 Standard 'Any such blemishes that are readily visable from a distance of 6 feet under normal lighting conditions are unacceptable.'" If someone can tell us how we will post pictures. We have had to hire another drywall firm to repair and we have filed a complaint with the BBB.
