We had a wonderful experience with T.C from E&R towing. They were referred to us by our insurance company for a roadside assistance claim. T.C. was so incredibly helpful and kind. I let him know I was close to my house and was fine to walk home while he dropped off our truck at the shop but he kindly offered to take me a bit out of his way to drop me off. My car completely broke down. Gear shift loose, tires stuck as if all breaks were on, the car wouldn't budge. This incredibly hard working man David, worked above and beyond to get my car to my home. Since the car couldn't roll in neutral, David worked hard for a long time to have my car dragged up onto the tow truck the only possible way it could. Above and beyond service.
