That's not service, that's incompetence. Ever since the switch from Cabela's to Bass Pro Shops, this place has clearly gone downhill. Poor communication, terrible process, and a complete lack of respect for people's time. If this is the new standard, it's no surprise this place is losing its reputation. It needs a serious overhaul, because right now it's inefficient, disorganized, and honestly just frustrating to deal with.

**Firearm Counter Review**…read more These guys are absolutely horrendous. There's two young ladies that work the counter that I never had issues picking up online firearm orders from. I had such a terrible experience with the last firearm purchase that I finally said "to hell with it just give me a refund". At this point I would rather spend the money at Cabela's/Bass Pro. The manager back there, Jeff, treats you like an absolute burden. Instead of applying customer service and working to help you, he's dismissive, arrogant and ridiculously rude.
