Great shop, good service and didn't try to oversell or anything. Helped me get back into riding with some new equipment.

Apparently their bike repair is closed! I had to go to towns over to a "Bike Repair Shop" to get my bike repaired.

Nice tune up on my used bike. Shifts smooth and rolls sweet and stops just right. Thanks!

I really appreciated his patience as I'm still learning the ins and outs of baseball as a newer baseball mom. Thank you again! My son ended up with his first Easton Hype Fire and is very excited about it. We are looking forward to a great baseball season thanks to the awesome customer service and knowledge Brandon provided. Store is clean and well stocked. Employees are always kind and ready to help!

Over the weekend, our family decided to go to DSG, we ended up spending $149~, it was $100 gift cards and the rest was cash. I didn't realize my toddler slipped in some random $17 socks, so I went in the next day to return them. I was met with Oscar, he was nice. I asked if I could get a cash refund since it was a small amount, he said no, due to it's based on whatever majority payment method was used. I leave it at that, I am disappointed because I really don't need $17 gc, I would like cash back. As I am walking back I am reading the back of the receipt, where it says refund will be made on initial form of payment, not majority used like Oscar advised. I spoke with my husband who was frustrated, told him what I read and what was said. My husband thought of work around, we can buy a more expensive item, use cash first for the majority and use the gift cards for the rest. So my husband goes in to try that. Oscar explains, no we can't do that, that it's the system gravitating towards a card. My husband points out what the receipt says, Oscar says it shows on the website, but does not bring it up. My husband returns to the car frustrated, because Oscar just lied and instead of asking for helped, insisted on dying on the hill the customer isn't always right. At this point, I'm going back into the store. I see Oscar talking among his colleagues talking about what just happened with my husband. Im still nice, but I request a supervisor. Supervisor explains Oscar is wrong it's not Majority it's just how the system works. I ask him, how does he want to correct this, and he just offers to cash it. It was such a simple fix. Oscar just needed guidance on how to navigate. I felt like this issue didn't need us as many times going into the store, If Oscar just asked for guidance in the beginning. It was frustrating experience overall. I'm glad we got the result we wanted, but just having to go through hoops, and it was a waste of time. Personally for me, this location left a poor taste, just because I am in customer service. I felt like the training could have been better. I appreciate the supervisor making it right.

My plan was simple: get the final numbers, walk into the shop, hand them a check, and leave. Instead, they turned it into a textbook fee-padding game. After submitting inquiries through their portal, my communications were ignored for days. When the salesperson, Brandon, finally texted me, he tried to tack on a completely bogus $499 "setup fee" on a used demo bike that was already assembled and sitting on the showroom floor. Under Oregon consumer disclosure rules, assembly and setup fees cannot be weaponized as surprise add-ons to artificially inflate an advertised price. When I called out the illegitimate setup fee and management finally sent over a formal purchase order, they pulled a classic shell game. The setup fee was gone, but they immediately slid in a $200 "document processing fee" that Brandon had completely omitted in our prior conversations. When I pointed out that this fee wasn't mentioned upfront, Rob told me he would only remove the $200 if I took the title paperwork down to the DMV and processed it myself. Why should a customer pay a separate, surprise fee just for a dealership employee to do the clerical job they are already paid to do? They might use lower base pricing online to lure you through the door, but it doesn't matter if they just pad the final contract with hidden back-office fees and give you an exhausting customer service experience. If you are a cash buyer expecting basic honesty, pricing transparency, and respect for your time, go elsewhere. I have attached screenshots of the text history below so you can see the truth for yourself. Watch your contract numbers closely or just make it easier on yourself and get your bike elsewhere. I certainly will!
