Great shop, good service and didn't try to oversell or anything. Helped me get back into riding with some new equipment.

Apparently their bike repair is closed! I had to go to towns over to a "Bike Repair Shop" to get my bike repaired.

Nice tune up on my used bike. Shifts smooth and rolls sweet and stops just right. Thanks!

Over the weekend, our family decided to go to DSG, we ended up spending $149~, it was $100 gift cards and the rest was cash. I didn't realize my toddler slipped in some random $17 socks, so I went in the next day to return them. I was met with Oscar, he was nice. I asked if I could get a cash refund since it was a small amount, he said no, due to it's based on whatever majority payment method was used. I leave it at that, I am disappointed because I really don't need $17 gc, I would like cash back. As I am walking back I am reading the back of the receipt, where it says refund will be made on initial form of payment, not majority used like Oscar advised. I spoke with my husband who was frustrated, told him what I read and what was said. My husband thought of work around, we can buy a more expensive item, use cash first for the majority and use the gift cards for the rest. So my husband goes in to try that. Oscar explains, no we can't do that, that it's the system gravitating towards a card. My husband points out what the receipt says, Oscar says it shows on the website, but does not bring it up. My husband returns to the car frustrated, because Oscar just lied and instead of asking for helped, insisted on dying on the hill the customer isn't always right. At this point, I'm going back into the store. I see Oscar talking among his colleagues talking about what just happened with my husband. Im still nice, but I request a supervisor. Supervisor explains Oscar is wrong it's not Majority it's just how the system works. I ask him, how does he want to correct this, and he just offers to cash it. It was such a simple fix. Oscar just needed guidance on how to navigate. I felt like this issue didn't need us as many times going into the store, If Oscar just asked for guidance in the beginning. It was frustrating experience overall. I'm glad we got the result we wanted, but just having to go through hoops, and it was a waste of time. Personally for me, this location left a poor taste, just because I am in customer service. I felt like the training could have been better. I appreciate the supervisor making it right.

I really appreciated his patience as I'm still learning the ins and outs of baseball as a newer baseball mom. Thank you again! My son ended up with his first Easton Hype Fire and is very excited about it. We are looking forward to a great baseball season thanks to the awesome customer service and knowledge Brandon provided. Store is clean and well stocked. Employees are always kind and ready to help!

They didn't respond to your email, one star. You didn't get your price, one star. You didn't get approved for credit, one star. No one fawned over you for wanting to buy a motorcycle at a motorcycle dealership, one star. A thing broke on a bike you bought, one star. I drove over there anyway, prepared for the worst. The phones were ringing off the hooks in there. It's July. Middle of the day on a Tuesday, and they're fielding calls non-stop. Brandon welcomed me in. Asked me what I was looking for. Zero pressure. Without getting into it, it was a rough day for me, and I was looking for something to add a little joy to my life. We talked about family a bit, looked at the bike I had in mind, and I asked him to scratch me out the numbers to think about. He was very clear on the pricing, discounts, add-ons, options for titling, etc. Destination cost is a thing, friends. So is licensing and taxes. In a hot market for a hot bike, so is dealer markup. Welcome to capitalism. Everything was totally transparent and reasonable. So I paid it on the spot. Done. Came back with my wife and picked up a beautifully clean bike a couple of hours later. I genuinely don't know how that could've gone any better. Brandon was exceptionally cool and helpful through the whole transaction, I bought myself a little bit of happiness, and I came out of there with a new friend who I'd do business with again in a heartbeat.
