He is knowledgeable, professional and informative. It's clear that the repair portion of the shop is quite busy, he still takes the time to explain what needs to be done and answer all the questions one might have. Another pleasant thing when visiting a new shop is to be confident that you're never being sold things that you don't need. The visits here have left this humble reviewer with the feeling that we were provided with nothing but honest opinions and options. We mentioned that we are only in town a few days and have been looking forward to taking advantage of the good weather and killer biking the local area. I could tell they were slammed with repairs and expected a day or so, but John called that afternoon at 5:20 PM saying, "I got it done", which was welcome news for sure. They knew I wanted to ride early, and even called me to tell me I could pick it up before they officially opened. Many bike shops wouldn't have got me riding again, and I would have lost the chance to ride some of Duluth's awesome new trails, but Conti did. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty!
