Oscar did a great job of communicating from the time I asked for an estimate through Yelp to the time he finished the job. We had our solar panels washed, and bird wire, put around our solar panels so that the birds can no longer nest under them. Oscar arrived earlier than our appointed time he went right to work. He sent pictures of his progress after each phase and when he finished the project. Believe me, there was a lot of bird droppings to be cleaned up . It filled up one whole trashcan. One of our neighbors even came over to tell us how impressed he was with how hard Oscar had worked throughout the morning. I had this company clean my solar and windows a few months ago. Windows were streaky, fine but not great. Screens were not put back correctly which essentially ruined them. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I contacted E Clean through Yelp in search of an outdoor window and screen cleaning. I received an immediate response. I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed next day service and E Clean was able to come out. Technician called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Schedule a service within a week and it took about 4 hours to clean 24 solar panels plus instal bird mesh to prevent future collections of birds/nests/ bird debris from accumulating on the roof. I would not use this company again. The work was not impressive enough to have to have one of the technicians here again. I had to hear about how he gets yelled at by clients about window tracks not being clean enough, how he gets yelled at by his boss if customers complain. I simply asked whether or not they vacuum the window tracks and he went in a 40 minute tangent about how "they're already doing extra work that they shouldn't be doing". I explained to Ernesto that I purchased the option for cleaning window tracks so I was curious what was involved. He told his trainee that going forward before they start any job they will do a walk through to explain what is included because not all clients are "laid back". They also scratched one of my brand new window frames replacing a stand alone AC. Definitely would not recommend, definitely will not rehire. Too many window companies to choose from. Also, at one point they were standing on my fence to reach 2nd story windows (not professional) not to mention if they aren't licensed and get hurt they can sue YOU for medical. read more

I'm going to give them 4.5 stars. The technician arrived 45 minutes late. He came alone to clean the windows of a two story house, 45 windows (more than half with screens). He estimated that it would take 3 hours and it ended up being closer to 6 hours. The owner (who wasn't present) reached out in the middle of the job requesting more money than we agreed on because the technician had sent him a pic of the smallest window (4 feet above a shower, that we never open) that had an abundance of dirt on the track. Of course the windows and tracks were dirty, otherwise why pay to have them cleaned? But there was no way we were going to Venmo extra money to the guy who didn't even show up and who assured me, before I actually hired him, that there would be no additional expenses added to our cost. If you're going to charge based on how dirty the windows/tracks are, you should be prepared to do in-person estimates, otherwise you get the benefit of your bargain. We had a great rapport with the technician; he was courteous and professional, so we made sure that he was more than happy with his tip. So yeah, the windows are CLEAN, the technician was cool and if you're good with the rest, then hire E Clean. read more
