We are 100% satisfied with Green Clean!! They came out and did amazing work on our dirty solar…read morepanels. I called last week for a quote and the owner Jess answered my call while he was on VACATION!! He was able to quote me over the phone and schedule me via text message in less then an hour. Shortly after speaking to him I received a detailed work order via email. Today I got a text message before my scheduled time letting me know that Ervin O. was on his way and would be arriving shortly. Ervin explained the process to me, got to work and knocked out 32 panels in an hour. He sent me before and after pictures when he finished and payment was super quick via Venmo. I received a completed job status receipt with payment confirmation text from Jess and Ervin was on his way. I really like how Green Clean was quick and thorough and very transparent throughout the whole process! Jess and Ervin were very pleasant to deal with. The best of all they are LEO Friendly!! Green Clean earned a new customer forever!

Got a call a few hours before the scheduled work was to be done and the company cancelled saying the had a part failure and couldn't meet our needs. Normally this is no big deal, inconvenient yea but nothing out of the ordinary. I spoke with Jess, the owner, he said he would reach back out when the new part was available and they would complete the agreed upon work. It's been 3 weeks and communication from the company, so I called Jess, no answer, texted and still haven't heard from them. Apparently I'm not that important of a customer.

!! BEWARE !! - poor service and big ego. They tried to cut…read morecorners by not agreeing to properly protect the landscaping around the house prior to a roof wash. When the request was made to put tarps and booms down (as legitimate companies do), they scoffed and their defiant attitude escalated the situation to a shouting match. After trying to deescalate and saying thank you to the rep at the end of the conversation, he childishly responded "You're NOT welcome." What a clown. A professional company would set up the job properly so that they're not leaving extra work behind for you to clean up after they leave. Even though clown boy said he would clean it up, he didn't earn enough trust to believe that he would. Why let decades of dirt, moss, and orange sediment from the roof tiles wash into the millions of tiny crevices in the rock bed below when they could just.... cover it up beforehand?? Do it the right way from the start? They claimed the water would run under the tarp which exposed their inexperience with how booms and tarps function. They are too lazy or inexperienced to adequately set up the job. A legitimate business that cared about customers would use the required equipment. Also, our municipal code prohibits the disposal of that wastewater into our storm drains. It's best to use a different company with appropriate waste disposal practices to protect your landscaping and avoid pollution/fines. But, if you worked hard all week, take pride in the landscaping you built with your own hands, and enjoy spending your beautiful Saturday morning arguing with a middle aged clown boy, then maybe give them a call.

His honest, thorough work gave us real peace of mind. We didn't think someone could be this professional while staying affordable, highly recommend!
