Quoted us a price and told us how long it would take. They showed up and went right to work. Clearing out the old garden and preparing the area for new concrete. In one day the old garden was gone. 100% recommend E Masonry. I called Esau and he came by the following day to give us a estimate. Our old driveway had roots and stumps that destroyed the driveway and water would flood into our lanai area. They cleared out all the rubbish from the driveway, tore out old stumps and tree roots then got to setting the driveway. All work started and completed within one week. We received multiple bids from different masons before deciding on E Masonry. Our reasoning for that were previous reviews of this company, the timeline in which they would be able to accomplish the work, and the services they are able to provide. We wanted to create a pad in our back yard for outdoor living, update the existing sidewalk that was uneven and badly worn through the years for the safety of our children and grandmother who lives with us. Additionally the current landscape was unusable as it was terribly uneven and many of the plants were unevenly placed, and thorny. Again kids! E Masonry provided us with all of this. In addition we found out mid project that our front perimeter wall was coming apart... my daughter really enjoys walking along the wall, obviously this made it unsafe by the wall coming apart.. The quote came in fast and once the job was scheduled we had ongoing communication of when the tenants' vehicles would need to be out and returned. The work was done efficiently and on time. As much as price can be a factor in deciding to work with a company, more importantly its the trust and honesty that won us over. I was home everyday and They consistently showed up and worked all day in the hot hot hot sun, never complained about anything, they laughed and sang and whistled while they worked. We met one day, and before we even signed a contract, Esau showed up the next morning with his team ready to work- I was blown away from that moment.
