I had a couple bikes that needed new parts for them so that I could enjoy riding them again and wanted to make sure they were still safe to ride. I was able to book an appt. right away with E-mobilize and didn't have to worry about bringing my bikes to a shop. My car can't fit 1 bike, let alone 2 bikes and they have been sitting in my garage for months for that reason. Jake showed on-site at my house two minutes early which in Florida is fantastic because I find it hard to find anyone to show up on time for any household repairs. Jake came out to tune up my Trek Antelope mountain bike. He arrived on time and had the parts he needed to replace my shifters. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of bikes, including eBikes. We discussed various brands and the possibility of converting my Trek into an eBike. Converting my Trek is very interesting since my Trek fits me well and now that Jake has repaired it, it rides like a new bike. When we came down to Palm Harbor this year, my back brake cable stopped working and the front and back brakes were sticking. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning with E-mobilze. Jake was right on time, replaced brake cables on both of our bikes. Jake even took my bike for a test drive to make sure the brakes were adjusted properly and not rubbing/ sticking. E-mobilize's tech John Dickinson was great! He was on time, friendly and very thorough. He took his time and figured out what was wrong with my motor bike - a bike that is uncommon and unknown to most techs. He shortened the fuel line and moved the gas tank forward, a very thoughtful and useful design change. He also checked the spark plug and adjusted the throttle. The bike now runs great. Five star! I scheduled an appointment for a rear tire flat on my brand new ebike and received a confirmation email within minutes. Matt D. Arrived and fixed the flat tire and then did a complete tune up for me.
