Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. An older woman employee wearing a blue shirt, who may have been the manager, told me that they do not ship internationally from this location. The interaction came across as dismissive, rude, and I felt as though my questions and business were treated more like an inconvenience than an opportunity to help a customer. If this location truly does not offer international shipping, I completely understand. However, I believe there is a more courteous and professional way to communicate that information. As a new customer in the area, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by the level of customer service I received. I will definitely not be returning at all to this location.
