First I called to see if they were able to do the live scan for my boyfriend because the place we went to told us, she couldn't do it... something about how the form was. But Michelle who was super helpful and friendly over the phone, answered all our questions and even gave us a quote on the price too! So we instantly drove right down the street and realized this is the same company that used to be located downtown Antioch. Michelle was so nice and sweet, best customer service ever! It was great talking to her and she helped us less than 5 minutes! We had our 2 year old daughter with us and she enjoyed the little bin of small figurines. This woman is super friendly and explains exactly what she is doing each step of the way and why. I've had my fingerprints taken about 10 times and she, by far, gave me the most pleasant and informed experience! If you're looking for the office, the building seems to be an old apartment complex because you walk in the door, go up the stairs, and then down the hall and the place is on the right, after the bathroom. Even though the stairs creak a little bit, she is so friendly that I immediately felt at home. When she was taking my prints, she kept a mini-desk fan on the printing machine, which really helps with clearer prints, which she helps you do. I didn't have to re-do any of my prints, unlike the other times I've had them done elsewhere, when I had to reprint some fingers more than 3 times! I can't recommend this place highly enough! GO HERE IF YOU NEED TO BE FINGERPRINTED FOR ANYTHING! read more

This Business owner is AMAZING! She is so sweet and kind! I had to get a live scan done for my real estate exam and after sending in my application packet I called right away. She told me not to get it done until I had an actual test date because they only last for a certain period of time and she didn't want me to have to pay twice. Immediately after passing my test I called her on the way back from the test and she stayed later just so that I could get it done that day. She was also VERY FAST I was done in less than 10 min.
