She called me immediately to let me know the documents required, charges and what to expect to notarize a California Power of Attorney and Healthcare Directive for mom and dad. After our brief meeting, I realized I had things my parents needed to do before she came out. It took a couple of months but we got there. Yesterday, Suzanne met my parents in their home. She even FaceTimed me so that my parents felt secure and comfortable with me "there". She was gracious, extremely patient and the kindest business professional I could have hoped for.
