When it was delivered I was taken aback by its color - it was grey (instead of the dark rich black humus that characterizes compost). It was also sandy, gritty, and had many small pebbles. So I sent in a sample to the UMASS Soil and Plant Tissue Testing Laboratory. The results are as follows: *ph of 6.0 *on the lower end of Phosphorous, Potassium, and below the optimal range for Calcium *a little bit too much Copper, and way to much iron *4.2% Soil Organic Matter *Soil textural analysis: 70.7% sand, 20.8% silt, 8.5% clay The purpose of compost in farming is to add nutrients to the soil. The "compost" they sold me has even less nutrients than the barren top soil on my property. Also, a soil science expert at the lab assured me that there was no way that this could be compost. Compost, she says, "at a minimum has at least at 20% soil organic matter content, and yours was only 4%." If I had trusted Reis's assurances and spread their compost on my field, it could have completely destroyed my first year of farming. I asked for my money back. I showed them the results. They refused everything. They refused to get their compost tested. They refused to reimburse me for the soil test I paid for. They refused to give me my money back. I just lost over a grand, and they don't have a clue about what they are doing.

He also coordinated with a line painter to paint the parking spaces, handicap space, and bumpers. The sealcoating came out nicely, however the painter didn't paint the bumpers, I was told that he left the stencil in his other truck. I was told by Joe that the painter would return to complete the job (as was paid for) and that Joe would return to stake the bumpers and complete the project. I followed up twice over the next 2 months and was assured that the work would be completed, and that they were behind due to the weather. The third time I called, Joe had blocked my phone number. The job was paid for and is incomplete. I would not recommend this business.

They submitted an excellent proposal. The price was reasonable. I requested one change and it was immediately added to the estimate and emailed to me. Several more issues developed before I signed the contract. I called Nathan. He told me he was driving and he would get back to me. He never did. I called Ray and suggested that the entire roof may need replacing. He promised to come out the following day. He never showed and never called. This company may do excellent work but the poor scheduling and lack of communication is a major problem for me. I won't be hiring them.

We had someone come out to give us a quote with some changes, from a chain link in one section to replacing the rest of the existing stockade fence. Because of the amount of fence we had to replace we add to do over 2 different installations because we couldn't afford to do it all at once (more so because of the size of the fence needed). They did a fantastic job both times. Did what they said and how they said it would be done and for the price agreed upon. Their work is phenomenal and really enjoyed my experience with them and will use them anytime I have any fencing needs. The discoloration in pictures is just from the year in between one to the next
