Buyer beware !!! - Elite Paving We recently worked with Elite Paving out of Rehoboth. They did our driveway in November and since then it has deteriorated. I spoke to the owner over a month ago and he said they would fix it under the warranty and they would be out within a week. Since then he has gone silent and hasn't responded to a single phone call or text. At this point it has become extremely unprofessional and I will have to pursue legal action. Please, beware of this company regardless of their reviews(read there most recent reviews, all 1 star), I have had an awful experience and I paid for all services and sign a warrantied contract. Forget the crappy, shoddy paving work they do, just look at how they leave a street after they're done. The epitome of unprofessional, fly-by-nights. They don't give an F about other people's property or their wellbeing. They skip out on required police details and prefer traffic go into the oncoming lane and have school kids cross busy streets at the busiest time of day. Don't hire these people, please. read more

Poor customer relations! Elite will scout out neighborhoods and target residents offering a great deal because they are in the area doing other work. Once they are gone....they are gone!!!! Never answer the phone or a text or an email. Homeowners are left with the damage they do and the permit fees they neglect to pull as well as any fines that are assessed. 3 in Fairhaven in one day on 05.29.3026! ELITE PAVING (my home in Swansea, MA) It took me a week to calm down before writing this review about Elite Paving. In fact, I had to make several revisions to this complaint. It was very tough not to see the anger in what I was writing. I can write pages to this review, but I have to simplify this the best I can. I will start off by saying in capital letters, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ELITE PAVING. They tried to pull off a bait-and-switch with me, and it did not work. It started off in August of 2025. I was outside, and a man pulled up in my driveway, who is the salesperson for Elite Paving, named John. He said Elite Paving was working down the street and wanted to know if I wanted my driveway done that day. I said no. He wanted to give me an estimate for my driveway, and I told him I didn't want to do it right now, as I have plans to do it at another time, but he insisted to provide me with an estimate, so I took it. He got out of the vehicle, measured my driveway and walkway, and gave me a written, signed estimate on the Elite Paving Official Letterhead for 2050 ft.² for $7,900. Over the course of the next three months, I would receive numerous calls, text messages (mainly) from them, and they were in the area. Can we come and do your driveway today? Over three months, it was back-and-forth, and so many different things happen, but the end result was this. I really liked the guy until November 3, 2025, came. On November 3, 2025, at 1:04 pm, I received the text again that hey, we're right around the corner for today only. "OK, if we can do it right now, we'll do it for $6,150, but it's going to be right now. I'm two minutes away from your house. Repeat today only $6,150 to do 2050 ft.²" I told him that if based on the agreement we had over the past few months in previous conversations, if I decide to do it, I will give Elite Paving a small payment and pay the rest in the spring. Because that's when I had to do it, not now. If that agreement still stands, send them over. He sent them all over. As they started to do prep on my driveway and walkway, now all of a sudden the owner shows up. The owner said your driveway is not 2,050 sq ft and it's a $10,000 job, not $7,900. I stated that I didn't measure the driveway or come up with the price; you, salesperson John, did. Your salesperson measured the driveway and walkway. He text me over three months, and it was $7,900 for the estimate and he said he will send them over today, and only today to do the 2050 sq ft driveway for $6,100. The owner said I would never do this driveway for $7,900, never mind $6,100; I am not taking that loss. I tried to show the owner the signed original bid for $7,900 and the text I received for that day (November 3rd) for $6,100. The owner tried to put the bait and switch on me, to state well they are all here, do you want to do it or not? He tried to make me feel bad that he will take a loss on the job and that the job was underpriced. When I would not budge, the owner began to get more arrogant and short-tempered. The owner said, "I will go as low as $9,200." I tried to go over what was promised to me once again, and the arrogant owner said, "I don't have time to listen to you as you're wasting my time." He knew I was not giving into him. Normally, I would have punched an asshole like him in the face for trying to disrespect me in that manner I do not take anyone's shit, but I kept my cool and told him where to go. He told the crew were leaving, and they left. They gave the bid, they gave the price, for 2050 sq ft for $7,900, and then they followed up with a text on November 3rd for $6,100 for the 2050 sq ft, and then when I came here to my home on November 3, 2025 the owner wanted to try to screw me out of another $3,000 to $4,000 more to do my driveway/walkway. That's a con job. Do not do business with Elite Paving. Look at the bad reviews first. I'm not the only one with an issue with them. I have every text, every email, every voice message, signed contracts, and agreements on payments (as well as a deferred final payment). I screenshotted everything and put it in a file. Then today, on November 10th, they sent me another text wanting to do my driveway for $100 off the additional low price. These FN people at Elite Paving are not normal. read more

Elite Paving did our driveway at 24/26/22 WILSON Ave in Framingham. The workmanship was absolutely shoddy and within days (not weeks) there were potholes and puddles from the rainwater. Within a few weeks the driveway started crumbling. We called the salesman that dealt with us few times and got no response. The driveway is a mess and we are ready to file a lawsuit and get another contractor to remove the cheap asphalt and lay new asphalt to fix the problem. The hand-on owner, Mark, and his hardworking crew are knowledgeable with some new equipments to get the work done in a timely manner, and high quality - solid and flat surface. Mark, the third generation expert, thinks and acts like customer to provide the best solution to help solving the problem in a professional and ethnic way. He is very approachable and quick response. They did not overcharge us for unnecessary work. We are very happy that we hired this paver after quoting quite a few. We are extremely satisfied with their workmanship.
