They also took a long time for my alterations, especially with my dress alteration, but to their defense they did have it ready by the time they promised. It was over a month. I took in eight items including dresses, pants, and also a leather jacket. Very reasonable pricing considering what needed to be done on them. I definitely will be back! When I picked the dress up the bustle was sloppy and when I asked her about it she got rude and told me that I agreed to it being like that. I absolutely did not!! She then just wanted to argue with me that and didn't offer to fix it or even ask me how I wanted it. When I asked her about the breast she told me that they look natural. They do not! They are pointing and I showed her what I was talking about and she told me it was my breast and that if I had a bra on it would do the same. SUPER RUDE. Take your money somewhere else.
