Food Had the Bulletproof shake and Nashville Hot Kale Salad. Both were incredible! Salad had a sauce with really good depth of flavor and there was a small hint of heat. Service Everyone I interacted with was extremely pleasant and they genuinely seemed happy to be there. Ambiance I did like the seating layout. Nice, quaint but PLENTY of seating. Definitely a spot to check out again cus they had plenty of options.

When Cravings Go Unfulfilled: Smaller Portions and Poor Customer Service We are frequent shoppers at E+ROSE and have never really had a negative experience, beyond the somewhat typical long waits. However, today was a completely different experience--not only was it negative, but also very frustrating. Today, while running errands around Nashville, my pregnant wife's craving for the day was frozen treats from E+ROSE. Knowing that their waits can be long, I called a total of four times over a 45-minute period, and nobody ever answered the phone. We decided to drive there in hopes that they were not closed. When we arrived, there was no one in line and only five people in the establishment. However, as usual, they were extremely backed up. I was sitting on a bar stool by the pickup area, watching the crew do what they do best. I noticed that one of the acai containers placed on the counter had noticeably less of the frozen contents inside than the rest. In the back of my mind, I was hoping this wasn't mine. As the orders progressed, I saw her turn the container and saw my name on the side. I immediately went up and indicated that it did not have nearly as much as normal, or as much as the two other ones that were sitting right next to it. To be clear, it was extremely noticeable that there was a discrepancy between the three that were sitting on the counter. Another employee, who I assume is responsible for making that portion of the acai bowl, stepped over. I spent far more time than I should have had to explaining to her that my main concern was the quantity of frozen acai mixture in the container. Despite asking her on three separate occasions to take a look at the containers and visually see the discrepancy between them, she refused to do so. She just continued to look me straight in the eye and say, "No, they are exactly the same. We measure, so they are all equal." As you can imagine, this was very frustrating for me, as I could visually see there was a discrepancy and she was refusing to look. She eventually asked if I wanted her to remake it, so I said yes. Unfortunately, this is where it went from a negative experience to a very frustrating one. As I watched her make the replacement, I saw her intentionally leave a substantial amount of the frozen mixture in the bottom of the blender jar before handing the container over to the person who was prepping the toppings. The new one was almost identical to the first one and still noticeably smaller than the others sitting on the counter next to it. You would think that after our interaction she would be diligent in ensuring it had the normal amount, but I can only assume she was attempting to prove me wrong. We always order extra peanut butter and granola. With the normal amount of frozen mixture, the top is always smushed down on the mixture, so much so that when we open it up, there is a glob of peanut butter and granola stuck to the lid. This is the way it is every time we pick it up, as well as the way I saw other people's bowls being delivered while I was waiting today. I was handed my bowl and I left. I'm attaching a photo of what I was handed as soon as I stepped outside. As soon as I got in the car, I handed it to my pregnant wife who was craving it today, without saying a word. The first thing she said after "thank you" was, "Wow, it looks so much smaller than normal." She then realized that the only two toppings included were peanut butter and granola. The bananas, honey, cinnamon, and almonds were nowhere to be found. Needless to say, this was an extremely frustrating experience for both of us today. Not only was the volume of the product less than normal, but it was also incredibly clear that the staff was probably moving quickly the first time around, but then intentionally skimped my second portion to prove a point. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair, which I know is not the reputation E+ROSE would be proud of.

I finally got to try the Skin Pharm Smoothie and added local honey. So good and will definitely order it again. It was surprisingly not a long wait which I've had in the past. I wish I knew I could order from the regular cash register, but no one was behind it when I came in so I started ordering on the kiosk screen which was difficult to see with the glare from the sun. Someone else started waiting behind me to also use the kiosk and then an employee asked if she could help them at the register.

This will forever and always be my favorite place for smoothie bowls. They always have fun flavor combinations and the portion size is very generous. The customer service is always super helpful and the vibe is always bright, fun, and clean. The seasonal pumpkin bowl is my favorite but I've tried the entire menu and you really can't go wrong!

I had the açaí bowl The Pro and it didn't disappoint, I was full until dinner. Server was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through the menu. Store was extremely clean and well decorated. Highly recommend the açaí bowls when you go.

Obsessed with the SOBRO bowl. I had it have been back several times only to order it again and again. It is so yummy and filling. So many delicious choices! Even if you think it's not your thing I dare you to Go give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

I decided to try this place based off the reviews and wanting something semi healthy for breakfast. I probably should've ordered something else since I'm not a big fan of bananas. It was too overpowering for me. I didn't taste the cinnamon. I will however go back and try a different one. Pros: My smoothie was ready when I got there Cons: A little overpriced

It's in a small shopping center at the north limits of the Crieve Hall neighborhood. You can normally find a parking spot in the lot or if you know someone in the neighborhood, walking is an option too. Walk in and order at the counter. Be sure to check the available bagels that day AND any specials, especially the cinnamon bun special. Every time I have been, the staff has been extremely helpful as you navigate the choices. (note - there is a separate window outside to pickup online orders, delivery orders etc. so that helps with inside congestion). There is almost always a line but it moves quickly. On my last visit, they had just completed the March Madness bracket and were featuring the Cheddar bagel with chive cream cheese- $1. As I said, always check the special! They will feature some interesting coffees, bagels varieties and let's talk about the Cinnamon Roll. The first time I sampled the Cinnamon Roll special it was a blueberry pancake version, imagine an amazing cinnamon roll(yes, it's sweet but not overly and has great flavor), with blueberries and cream on top! The only downside is they are very large, but that means you get one to share with your people. Their bagels are really good! You can eat them plain or get some spread for them. (note that bulk bagel orders are not sliced). They also have breakfast sandwiches. To top it off, this has the feel of a real neighborhood spot. Plenty of folks greeting each other, friends connecting, families gathering. Indoor seating with books for the wee folks and some outdoor tables too. I understand they have another location but this is original CHBCO. Definitely worth checking it out!

It can be a bit loud, it it's a pleasant place to sit and drink coffee. The Well will normally have three pour over choices that are from their limited time offered beans. They see very fruity and flavorful, and I really enjoy that kind of coffee. They make them right where you can see them do it, and It's fun to watch the process. I've often come to try the pour over only to later buy a bag of beans for home. When you do, you get a free 12 ounce drip coffee. However, to be honest, the drip offerings seem rather mediocre to me. I would not go there to buy the batch drip coffee. I do know they have a good cappuccino, though. I debated lowering the rating when I thought about their main medium roast blend on drip - Confluence. They had a blend of Ethiopian and Kenyan beans, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. Now, they've rotated to a blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea. I bought a bag thinking it would be similar to what I had before, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good, unless you brew it as espresso. However, it's really the pour over that I drink here, so I'm keeping the eating at five stars.

While I love sampling their seasonal flavors, they always create magic no matter the season, I normally go for the cold brew with a splash of almond milk and an addition of the sugar free vanilla syrup. Simple perfection! They have a good-sized food menu with several items from meat pies, sandwiches, waffles and even tots. I have had the loaded tots, and while an odd combination with coffee, they were quite tasty! My usual is a pastry of some kind, whatever catches my eye in the case when I get to the counter is what usually ends up on my plate. The space is well laid out and features a few spaces that each have their own vibes from the small tables for those working or studying, to the window counter, the backroom with a communal table and a couch and they even have a boardroom that is rentable for those super official meetings. I normally tuck myself in the backroom, in one of the plush side chairs and hang out for a bit. Service is okay here, honestly probably my only critique. Level of service is definitely the least consistent in my visits so far. Never enough to keep me away, but definitely enough for me to notice.
