When you first get there, they take photos of your face which is very nice to see your progress. After picture taking, they take you to the locker room to change and you have the choice to go to the orange lounge or the sauna. If you go to the sauna, they provide disposable underwear/bralette and a body scrub. They also have two private showers for you to use after the sauna. The orange lounge has hot tea, water, cookies, and apples. Your aesthetician will call you when it's time for your service. If youre plus size, be prepared for the robe and disposable underwear/bralette (used for the sauna) to not properly fit. It's a little confusing why a business such as this wasnt accommodating. Ive asked for a larger robe and underwear/bralette but they were not able to provide it at different occasions. The first time I voiced my concerns to the nurse, she laughed at my face. She mentioned my concerns to one of the front desk ladies and she also laughed in my face. When you're paying hundreds of dollars for services, you would expect a little more respect but I was not granted the courtesy. I voiced my concerns recently and actually got to speak to the manager. She was apologetic, which I appreciated, but it felt like empty words. Customer service in general is also very difficult. You have to book your next appointment months in advance. They confirm your appointment the week of your appointment via text, but theyre often trying to re-schedule your appointment either earlier or later than what is scheduled. Im not sure why they cant just stick to the schedule. It's also very hard to actually get someone on the phone. To be clear - I have enjoyed the actual services Ive received. The aestheticians and nurse Kate have been very nice. I did see results and a difference within a few months, but I believe I'll be able to achieve the same results at other medspas.

She was able to explain and clarify the promo so today's set was $65 because the 2 tip hairs was +$10. Great. I knew I wanted a very natural, light feel with adding just a bit of volume as my lash line is light and cannot hold much (also having sensitivity). I learned from experience. My tech showed me the lengths and it was go time. I knew how simple of a style and shape I wanted based on how I wear my strip lashes. The best part of my experience is that she only took about 35 minutes to apply my extensions, that's what I'm talking about! I know my set is not as dramatic or voluminous but it came out really great and so far they feel comfortable. I really hope they last and don't give me problems the next days ahead. Regular (signature sumi) full set: 2 tips, natural C curve, 9-11 mm, cute style I hope they do well so I can come back for a fill in the next few weeks.
