There are plenty of pumps with a lot of room between them and they are very well maintained. There are vacuums that work well and are easy to get to. They have a well stocked convenience store. And, if there is any issues, the staff is quick to respond and friendly about it. (for example, there was no ice in the pop station and they quickly filled it and apologized for the inconvenience). The store and restrooms were very clean as well. I've not experienced the detailing or oil change here, but car washes have left our van looking great!

This place is great. The associates are friendly and kind. They're good at directing me onto the track. It's a lot less stressful than Delta Sonic and their nonsense. Their vacuums are free so I definitely plan on returning in the future. I didn't realize that it was touchless. (No one wipes down your car when you're finished in the car wash.) I should've asked. Had I know, I would've tipped them, when I came up. It's not too pricy. I probably wouldn't take part in their monthly club yet. I appreciate this car wash and will definitely return soon.

I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. Very disappointed with how my recent situation was handled. I have been a loyal monthly customer…read more(including all of my work vehicles) to delta sonic for years using the car wash multiple times a week and never had an issue until this. I was hit inside the car wash. When I exited and asked for a manager, he came over, no apologies or even an "are you ok?" He said fill out this form and we will get back to you in 5-7 days after reviewing footage. I let him know twice that the operator seemed erratic when pulling in and seemed to be starting and stopping the belt several times. I was told "no, he's worked here for 20 years." I received an email 2 days later that they reviewed footage and have no fault of theirs. When I called customer service because I believed that is incorrect, nor do I want to put a claim against my own insurance, I was told "my file will be noted." The operator said "the car behind you put his car into "drive" after being stopped. Which, I find hard to believe considering we were about 25-30% through the wash and not at the entrance. Again, nobody seemed to care or offer any type of apologies, let alone compensation or ownership of any type. I have heard this is common that they pass the liability off if there is any type of accident. Very unhappy with the situation and how it was handled and considering cancelling monthly membership.
